“The property was exactly as described in the ad. Welcome package including snacks, wine and compete bathroom toiletries was unexpected. Kitchen is equipped to prepare anything for anyone!! The view is outstanding and the hot tub worked as we expected...nicely. 4 mature adults stayed for 2 nights and were quite happy with everything. The folder with all info was a great help and communication with Julia and Matthew was quick. Would definitely recommend this property.”

“My husband and I stayed for 5 nights with our two boys (7 and 11). We all ran down to the beach the moment we arrived and began exploring the rocks, shells and driftwood. The house is charming, clean and stocked with everything you need during your stay. There is an air conditioner on the second floor to ensure a comfortable sleep. “Lovely home! Views are stunning from every window. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. The dining table is a centrepiece with lots of space to share a meal with your group. The local beaches noted in the house book were great for walking and beach combing (we were lucky with finding lots of sea glass). Lots to do in the house with the family on a rainy day. Birds a plenty and we even saw a seal! A wonderful stay. ”

“Stayed here for seven days with my family. Communication with Nichole and Gerry was fantastic throughout the entire visit. Even got the opportunity to meet Gerry during my stay. Very friendly and welcoming. You have direct beach access from the yard and an unobstructed ocean view. Great for having your coffee in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“We spent a wonderful week on Kildare Capes. The beach at the location was fabulous and the house was all we expected. Hosted a couple of big meals for relatives from the Island (lots of room at the house!). Perfect property for the 6 adults we had staying there! Great location near Alberton, Tignish and the north end of the Island.”

“ Lorney's Place proved to be wonderful place for our visit to the island! Upon arrival it was extremely clean with everything needed for our stay readily available. The location is excellent with easy access to the Mill River. The hosts were available when we required a few items or had questions, they even provided a propane burner and pot for our lobster boil...Thank you Paul and Gail we are already thinking of booking next summer for a lo ger stsy. 5 Stars!”
