“Peaceful and quiet.. very relaxing with a few thoughtfull amenities. They left us wood for the fire pit and they had kayaks, a canoe, and a bunch of games and books. The creek flows right past the balcony. We felt like we were miles away from everything and yet the busy town of mill hall and lock haven are just 10 min away.”

“We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. ”

“The cabin was cozy and secluded - a great way to spend our anniversary! The weather wasn't great, but we were only 15 minutes from our favorite antique mall, and we spent the time at the cabin watching old movies on VCR, reading, and just relaxing on the porch. “Everything you need for a fun stay less than 15miles from State College!We stayed for graduation weekend and loved the rustic decor of the Cabin, the scenic drive through the state park and the cozy quiet of the surrounding forrest. AT&T service was strong, definitely read the drive in and out recommendations of an SUV or a pick up truck. The owner was hospitable with providing snacks, waters and was very responsive and pleasant. We would stay at this property again. ”
