La arena y el mar atraen desde las ventanas de Chez Soleil desde el momento en que te levantas en este hermoso tramo de la Bahía de Delaware. Salir a la terraza te ofrece una vista en primera fila del hermoso amanecer sobre la bahía.

Baja de la cubierta y sal a la playa privada de Prime Hook dejando atrás tus preocupaciones. Disfruta de la tranquilidad y la soledad mientras te sumerges en el sol, lees un libro o ves pasar la vida salvaje. Pasee tranquilamente por la playa buscando vidrio marino o conchas marinas

Si te sientes más aventurero, trae tus bicicletas y recorre la sinuosa carretera Prime Hook parando para tomar fotos de Blue Herons, Egrets, Eagles y otras aves migratorias. Antes de pasar la noche, siéntese en la terraza cubierta y observe las impresionantes vistas del atardecer sobre la reserva nacional de vida silvestre.

Todas las habitaciones en Chez Soleil tienen ventanas con vistas al agua, ya sea la bahía o el refugio de vida silvestre.

El primer piso es un plano de planta abierto que abarca una espaciosa cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Las ventanas de gran tamaño dan a estas habitaciones vistas sin obstáculos de la Bahía de Delaware. Para su comodidad, también se encuentra en este piso lo esencial para cocinar, TV por cable, Internet de alta velocidad y un baño completo. Nuestros huéspedes fuera de temporada pueden disfrutar del ambiente y la calidez de la chimenea de gas.

El segundo piso consta de tres habitaciones con capacidad para un total de seis personas. El dormitorio principal, que da a la bahía, tiene una cama king con baño privado, vestidor y televisión por cable. Las dos habitaciones al otro lado del pasillo dan al refugio de vida silvestre. Una habitación tiene una cama matrimonial con ducha privada y televisión por cable, mientras que la otra tiene dos camas individuales con baño privado. Wonderful Family Vacation
The property is fabulous. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is dog friendly, which made our getaway perfect with our pup. The beach was beautiful but had dead horseshoe crabs, which attracted horse flies. The house and views were perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Great family vacation
Beautiful house right on the bay. Views were spectacular. Very private beach and access to the beach was so easy. My family had a great time here. Saw a bald eagle. And everyone had a great time even my daughter dog he loved looking for crabs .

Perfect Family Vacation
Our family had a great week at the beach for our daughters' 16th birthdays. Chez Soleil is beautiful and immaculate and Nanette is responsive and thinks of everything. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves, cooking in the large kitchen, taking quiet walks with our dog on the private beach and celebrating the 4th of July with a local parade. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We will stay again.

Beautiful Home
We could not have been happier with our stay. The host Nannette made the process effortless from start to finish. The home is breathtaking on a private beach with just a short walk to the sand and water. The area is very quiet and private yet not too far from groceries, gas and things to do. It is also next to Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge which is beautiful and so peaceful. Highly recommend.

relaxing beach house
The house was immaculate, beds comfortable and the location was nice if you want something with less crowds and a little more remote. We stayed preseason but the beach was empty. Lots of Horeshoe crabs could make laying out on the beach a little uncomfortable but we are beach walkers and found it very interesting with lots of birds, crabs etc...Important to note that Fowler Beach (just north) is closed all summer for the nesting birds.

Fall break
We thoroughly enjoyed fall break on the beach at Chez Soleil. We had stayed at this beautiful home before and it is a sun-filled joyful place. We enjoyed leisurely meals in the dining room overlooking the bay and then took our little dog for long walks on the beach. We will happily return.

Just what we needed!
My husband ,myself, my daughter and her husband and my 80 year old mom had a lovely stay at this wonderful property! It was our first time at Prime Hook and won't be our last. The home was perfect for us, it's even better than the pictures. Nanette was so responsive to all our needs and questions. This had to be one of the cleanest and well stocked homes we've ever rented ! We beach combed, bird watched and had our first ever beach bonfire♥️ Thank you for a vacation that was just what we needed!

Amazing place to get away from it all!
We had an amazing stay. Nannette was great and was quick to respond to any of our questions. The property was immaculately kept with waterfront views of either the bay or preserve from all windows. We loved that the area is so private with very few people on the beach and the town of Milton is a short drive for any necessities that we required. Our young children loved how calm and shallow the water was at the beach especially at low tide. Be prepared to avoid the insects on days when the wind blows in off of the marsh, but this was only an issue for us 2 days out of our 2 week stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return again!

Most Relaxing Week I've Had in a Long Time!
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and serine getaway, look no further! The moment we stepped through the front door, we were totally impressed. The house was immaculate, very clean, and tastily decorated. The view of the Delaware Bay and the sunrises is absolutely spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. The view of the Wildlife Refuge from the other two bedrooms was not too shabby either! While there is no shopping or restaurants in the immediate area, it's a short drive to both Milton (and Dogfish Head Brewery!) and Lewes, which have plenty of restaurants and shopping for your necessities. They thought of everything when furnishing this house. There were kayaks to take out on the bay, bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a gas grill, and much more. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was also really nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, with an additional bathroom and shower on the main floor and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. The few times I did contact Nannette with questions, she immediately responded with all the answers. Thank you, Nannette, for making our experience so memorable!

Beautiful Prime Hook Beach Home
Chez Soleil is a beautiful beach front home with spectacular water views from every room. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach side and the sunsets on the wildlife refuge side. The home is very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The owner, Nannette, was very responsive with our questions and made us and our fur baby feel welcomed. Prime Hook Beach is a wonderful place for a family vacation. We had a memorable family trip and the accommodations at Chez Soleil were what made it so special!

Family vacation
The property is fantastic and the owner was wonderful and responsive! We really enjoyed our stay. Having access to a private beach is wonderful with plenty of space. Also having access to 2 kayaks and 2 bikes was awesome; we used both sets every day!! The first floor of the house is great!! The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. Being completely open to the dining and living areas is also nice and allows "being together" even when in different rooms. The dining table has only 4 chairs, but we just took a couple of chairs from the "office" so all 6 of us could sit at the table. The living room is also cozy with 2 couches that accommodated all 6 of us. Having the walkout from the dining area to the deck is also convenient, especially with the stairs that lead to the ground level where a gas grill is located. Having a bathroom on the main level is also very convenient. Having all bedrooms on the second floor is also really nice. It allows people to go to their bedrooms and rest when others want to be doing things on the first floor. Also having separate bathrooms for each bedroom was fantastic!!! The only complaint would be the beds in the bedroom with the twin beds; my 23 year old son who is 6'2" said the beds are children's beds so his feet/legs were hanging off the edge of the bed, so not so comfortable. His girlfriend who is only 5'6" said that she had the same problem. So, although they may be great for kids, not so great for young adults.

Prime Hook Waterfront
The house was very clean and organized. Located on the waterfront, it was so convenient to enjoy walking, floating, fishing, grilling, etc. You can even walk your dog on the beach! Bonus: kayaks and bikes are also on site.

GREAT! Chez Soleil was amazing. We'll be back
Absolutely amazing accommodations. Chez Soleil was the perfect place for us. Far enough off the grid, but not too far away from everything you need. That being said, the owner (Nannette) has thought of all the things needed to be on Vacation. The Kitchen and the entire house is well appointed and has everything you need. The house is tastefully decorated and very inviting. The views are spectacular! The Beach is very private and just a short walk from the door. We were there for about a day when we decided we would be coming back!

Private Beach Retreat
This property was absolutely beautiful! The house was expertly decorated and super clean. It has everything you could need, including kayaks and bikes if you want to use them. There are plenty of spaces in the house to relax, including an open porch, a screened porch, an office/sitting room, and an open floor plan kitchen/living area. Lots of puzzles, games, beach amenities, etc. They have thought of everything. Sunlight floods every room at various times of the day. Private/dog friendly beach is steps away. The street is very quiet and great for walks. Four full baths is a definite plus for larger groups. We would definitely recommend!

Loved returning for our 2nd year, 3rd stay. Breathtaking views, beautiful house with everything you need already there, no need to leave Primehook for us but plenty of things close enough for when we do. Owner communication a breeze, accommodating and responsive. Look forward to our next stay.
