El Capricho: es una casa encantadora, decorada con buen gusto y con un alto nivel. El alojamiento consta de un amplio dormitorio principal octogonal con vistas al Mediterráneo, esta habitación tiene un baño en suite. Baje un tramo de escaleras hasta 2 x habitaciones con dos camas que comparten un baño (bañera con ducha fija) y la segunda habitación doble que también tiene un baño en suite (bañera + ducha a ras de suelo). Estas 3 habitaciones tienen acceso directo a la zona de la piscina.
Hay una cocina bien equipada con horno, placa de inducción, microondas, dos nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, etc. y una lavadora y plancha / tabla en una sala de lavandería separada. También tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con muchos canales internacionales, reproductor de DVD y una estación de conexión para I-pod con radio. Red de fibra con wifi.

Spacious and very well equipped villa
Superb location for a spacious villa. It was well equipped and fully functional. There must have been a problem with the cleaning company because it was deficiant in the bottom part of the property.

En rigtig god efterårsferie i et rigtig fint hus.
Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold i huset, hvor alt fungerede efter forventningerne. Rengøringen var i orden da vi ankom. Værten reagerede hurtig ved henvendelse. Det var dog lidt langt til strand og by. El Faro stranden var ikke god.

We had a wonderful time here! Brilliant location central to many good places. 5 mins walk to several food venues, small shops and beach. Only critique would be baths/showers/air con etc could do with a deep clean but feel this was due to end of season. Overall very good, thank you so much for letting us to stay at your home 😊

Brilliant Holiday.
The villa is excellent in all ways. Clean, tidy with everything required for a self catering holiday, although there are so many good local restaurants that we did spoil ourselves with several nights out. Villa owner easy to contact and quick to reply. No problems here. Fully recommended.

Fantastic Villa
We stayed at the Villa for 10 days and had a wonderful time. There were 6 of us with ages ranging from 6 years to 81 years old, it was spacious, comfortable & was ideal for all. The villa was very clean and well equipped. We all particularly loved the pool, the view from the villa and the 5min walk to the local beach. There was also plenty of local bars, cafes and shops to keep us stocked up. Whilst there a few of the family used the handy bus to Fuengirola market and we also visited the water park & hired a pedallo at the beach. The owner Raymond was a very helpful & friendly regarding the booking. We would highly recommend this villa.

Autentisk spansk villa med skøn pool
Vi havde 14 fantastiske dage med familien i dette hus! Terrasserne blev brugt flittigt og der er en dejlig udsigt til havet fra den øverste terrasse ud for stue/køkkenet. Stort køkken og fint der er 2 køleskabe. Poolen er dejlig stor og det er fedt der er dybt i den ene ende af poolen. Rart der var egen parkeringsplads. Området er pænt og ligger centralt til flere strande, til Malaga, til indkøb og øvrige attraktioner. Vi var glade for, at vi havde lejet en bil til brug til nævnte steder.

Fint hus med noen få utfordringer
Vi hadde et fint opphold i denne boligen. Beliggenheten var kjempefin, med både turområder og strand i gangavstand fra huset. Klart vann, hyggelige ansatte, solsenger til en fornuftig pris og en god strandrestaurant, gjorde at nabolagsstranda ble en klar favoritt. Huset var romslig og hadde god plass til 7 voksne. Kjøkkenet hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr, til og med noe så sjeldent som en god kokkekniv. Uteområder på flere steder gjorde at det alltid var mulig å finne en god plass å være ute. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en utedusj og en mulighet til å spyle området rundt bassenget for å holde det rent, men det er jo et eldre hus. Vi må dessverre trekke litt for noen ting. Huset var ikke helt rent da vi kom og vi ble utsatt for innbrudd to ganger mens vi var tilstede i huset. Noen dører var innbruddskadet da vi kom og kunne ikke låses ordentlig. Folk både ute og inne på naborommet, var ingen hindring for tyvene og det trengs bare en skrutrekker og litt makt for å åpne dørene mot terrassene. Vi er noen euro og en klokke fattigere, men ingen ble skadet. Huseier har fått beskjed og når dørene blir reparert/skiftet vil det sikkert ikke være et problem lenger. Kommunikasjonen med eier har vært fin og f.eks ble en defekt airconditioner fikset to dager etter at vi meldte fra. Alt i alt har vi hatt et kjempefint opphold.

Maison El Faro
Nous avons séjourner à 2 familles. Grande maison spacieuse à 400m de la plage avec 3 salles de bains et 4 toilettes qui sont un plus quand on est nombreux. Terrasse avec vue sur mer très appréciable ainsi que la piscine qui est assez grande pour 8 personnes. Nous avons eu un très bon échange avec Raymond. La maison est idéalement située entre Málaga et Marbella et non loin de très belles attractions tel que El Caminito Del Rey, Mijas, Ronda, même Granada qui n'est qu'à 1h45. Le seul point négatif est que les extérieurs et mobiliers exterieurs semblaient ne pas être très entretenus.

We had a great stay.
We had a nice stay, location is very good and quiet even though it is has close neighbours. The freeway, beach, couple of restaurants are close. A good supermarket is driving distance. The house it self is great aswell and when we did had issues the owner will act up on it directly. We had just two things. - When we got there the floors where not cleaned (outside and inside) and the kitchen cleaning could have been better, but the rest was great. - if you have a young child, you cannot leave the child alone on the main terrace, because the gaps of the “rails/fence” are to big.

Stunning villa with lovely sea views.
The villa is a nice design and a superb layout for a family with all rooms having a view of the sea. The outside space is very pleasant with established fruit and flowering shrubs, Raymond's directions are clear and tips useful. Parking is not an issue as you have your own carport that is easy to enter as it's opposite a T junction on a quiet road. The disappointment for us was the pool heating is not sufficient to make using it out of the summer season an enjoyable experience. The bedding was very poor, the pillows were the least supportive I have ever experienced, and only one per bed. luckily we are only a family of four so could use the pillows from the spare beds. The double beds had been made up with only single duvets, most strange! We purchased a king size duvet and left it at the property perhaps the next guest might find it useful.

Schöner Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie
Wir haben wunderbare, sonnige Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es war für alle ausreichend Platz und Badezimmer für die ganze Familie (6 Personen) vorhanden. Alle elektrischen Geräte sind modern und gepflegt, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit im Haus war sehr gut, lediglich der Außenbereich lies sie etwas zu wünschen übrig (verschmutzte Liegen, verdreckter Grill). Einige tierische Mitbewohner hatten wir leider auch, nach Info an Raymond wurde aber schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt. Der Pool war aber wunderbar, wir haben ihn gerne und viel genutzt. Alles in allem ein gelungener, schöner Urlaub.
