“８０代の足が少し不自由な母と一緒だったのですが、車椅子を準備していただいたのですごく助かりました。部屋には母用の椅子が準備されていました。施設の場所は温泉街って感じではないですが、車通りもそんなになくとても静かでのんびりと過ごすことができました。温泉も混雑なくゆっくり利用することができいい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。”

“Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. “充滿了日本溫泉飯店的服務是一間值的一住再住的好飯店”

“在Expedia 上找到這家溫泉酒店，圖文相符，非常讚！房間：大、乾淨、舒適、溫暖、安靜，窗外視野廣闊，看著河川上的白鷺絲、水鴨，還有還處的山和雲霧，心曠神怡。網路上看到的房間照片跟實物是一樣的讚。沒有提供咖啡或其他汽水飲料，但有好喝的綠茶和茶具，泡完溫泉喝熱茶正好。浴室：一般的洗刷用品都有，護膚lotion齊全。晚餐：共十道，由餐前開胃酒、刺身、冷盤到熱盤（豬肉小火鍋、黑毛和牛），最後有米飯和甜點，每一道菜好吃也好看，完美！早餐：除了一般酒店都有的西式早餐（沙律、面包蛋糕、咖啡、奶酪），還有傳統日式早餐：白飯+各式小伴菜，此外還有一盤好好看又好吃的精緻小菜，吃飽吃滿。溫泉：室外的只有一個池，比較小，女士同時泡，又要彼此有點空間，6位就差不多了。室內的比較大，有三個池。泡完很舒服，皮膚有變滑～交通：地點雖離市區有些距離，但我們由福岡機場國內線北G出口坐15號巴士到Haki，不到一小時，在下車的地方轉乘41號市內巴士，坐4個站到「原鶴溫泉」站下車，走路10分鐘就到。”

“Very clean and neat with friendly staff. They were very willing to help out and respectful at all times. It seems the hotel is recently renovated so the room condition is modern and warm. At first it was a little hard to find since Expedia map points to the wrong location, but we were very happy when we got to our room. The onsen spa or public bath is in excellent condition with full coverage of all the amenities!”
