Perfect Location
Wonderful home which was very comfortable. centrally located within 30 minutes of everything we needed and every place we wanted to go. We had 11 adults and 4 children under 3 years old and had plenty of room. Kim was very responsive to all our questions. Easy access to and from the property

Beautiful and spacious home!
The home was super comfortable and fit our needs. It was super clean and the home provided all the necessary items. It was conveniently located to Disneyland and easy access to highways on our way to Universal Studios and Hollywood. Our family really enjoyed this home!

What we needed and more
Very spacious, comfortable house in a great location. Was even bigger than we expected. I had about 15 people here for a week and it was a wonderful stay. Kim was very responsive and accommodating. Reasonable distance to the nearby beaches eg huntington, seal, long beach etc

Great for Disney and the Beach and a large family
Very spacious home located about 20 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from the beach. We did both. Five very large bedrooms, with four nice bathrooms. House is new, clean and very nice. We had 16 people and everyone was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Our family trip needed a home to accommodate all age groups! We were happy the home had all the essentials for our infant/toddler in our group- from a crib, play pen, infant tub, highchair, small toilet seat adapter, and a step stool. My family needed a place close to Disneyland which can accommodate 14 adults and 4 children. Beautiful and newer home with 5 bedrooms and a huge kitchen/dining.

Family gathering for Disney
The house was very clean. Everything in the kitchen was labeled which was nice. The rooms are very spacious. I like that the stairs were carpeted for the kids, normally they are hard wood ect. More than enough room with a bunch of tvs if you need to watch 5 different things at once hah. Im still waiting on a laptop power cord that was left and yet to arrive but otherwise fantastic visit. Pricing was good, id book again.

Amazing property and Hostess
Easy to find, big beautiful clean home. Rooms were all large and easy access to Disneyland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, stores and gas stations. The moment I had questions or concerns Kim was immediate to respond. Although I never met her I felt like she was a friend. Pictures are true as to the beauty of the home. My family enjoyed every moment. You won't regret your stay and I hope to go back sometime in the future and stay here again.

Property manager was prompt and communicated well. House was fantastic. Cleaners were not done on time when we arrived and then argued that check-in was an hour later than our email stated, but minor complaint in an otherwise 10/10 experience. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks, Kim!
