“This property is located at the edge of downtown Fayetteville, WV. It is within minutes of several local shops and restaurants. Also within 10 minutes of the northern area of New River Gorge NP. “We enjoyed another great stay at the Verdie May house this weekend. This is our go-to place anytime we go to Lewisburg. The house is perfect for us and is in an ideal location adjacent to downtown. It’s perfect for walking to the downtown restaurants and shops, which are so nice. The beautiful wrap around porch cannot be beat! We spend lots of time out there. I highly recommend the house for anyone looking for a great place to call home while visiting the area. ”

“The owner has put his heart into this place and you can tell. The place is perfect and had all we needed! It is located near some overlooks, the bridge and miner museum. Sit on the back deck and watch the deer stroll by. It was fantastic to converse with Bradley as well! He has talent and vision....don't miss it! ”

“This was an amazing cottage. My boys, our pups, and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was stocked with everything we needed for both fun and relaxation. We loved the bench swings, hammock, and the reading barn for relaxation, and there were plenty of kayaks and canoes to choose from for fun. The host was very helpful and available when/if needed. There was some bad weather on our first night, and he even called to check on us the next morning. We will definitely be back!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at all the little extras this cute place has to offer! Anything you can think of that you may have accidentally forgotten to pack, they have it covered! I got a piece of popcorn stuck in my teeth and due to them having toothpicks I didn't have to suffer that evening! It's the small things that sometimes make all the difference.
