great place to stay with our family

The whole experience was great. Check in was simple and when we arrived a welcome gift was waiting for us. They checked with us at least once a day to see if everything was ok. We were attending a memorial for a special family friend so the location was perfect for us to visit with family and friends. We would definitely stay again.

We wanted to be close to relatives to be able to do activities with them. This place allowed us to do that. It was a noisy street, especially on the weekends. Overall it had all the facilities of home which we enjoyed.

Weekend stay

We visited for 2 nights for my son to compete in the Highland Games. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the house but it was very comfortable and allowed us space to enjoy each other’s company, Christopher was very easy to talk to and quick to respond.

A nice enough stay

Our visit was nice. The property was a bit farther from the beach than expected (45-57 minutes), and although updated nicely on the inside, I feel it was slightly overpriced for what we got. It is an older property in an older neighborhood, on a VERY busy street. If you take a small breed dog beware because there are gaps under the fence for easy escape…mine got out twice but luckily I caught her before she headed to the front of the property. The hosts were very attentive. Overall a nice stay.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for five women! Chris and the VRBO staff were wonderful about keeping in touch and answered our emails immediately upon receiving them. The house was exactly as advertised, has a well stocked kitchen and fit our needs perfectly.

Jacksonville Gem!

Clean and spacious home in a peaceful neighborhood and convenient location- near restaurants and grocery stores. Not too far from I-295. Neighborhood is safe- I went out for daily runs in the area. The fenced in yard was perfect for my two dogs. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom and plenty of blankets, towels and wash cloths. Also have access to the garage, which was handy. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Clean and convenient

House was recently redone and very clean. Hosts were very responsive and kind! I was in town for some medical appointments with my son and the home was convenient to everything in the OP area. I highly recommend!

Great Property in Middleburg

A few notes about this property: I have a couple of rental properties in my hometown, and this property and presentation is what I would strive for if I were to list them on VRBO. There was nothing quirky about this property. We've stayed at some that had weird quirky things, and this place was the epitome of a normal home. There were some really nice touches - if we had forgotten anything, from Q-tips to K-Cups, it was all there. The kitchen was stocked with all of the gadgets anyone would need, including a Keurig and a standard coffee machine. I showed up in town a few hours early - fortunately, the property was ready. I messaged them and since it was ready I was able to go directly there. #Respensive #Flexible This property perfectly suited us - myself, my wife, our identical twin sons, my father, and our two doodles. It was a good place to stay, with plenty of room, everything we needed, and clean & comfortable. As usual, I get good results from VRBO, and this property was no exception.

Great House!

This is a great house in a perfect location for everything Middleburg! Everything you need is in the house including my fav.. lots of choices for coffee :-). The home is as pictured and is very clean and the beds are comfortable… home away from home! Thanks for being dog friendly.. the fenced in backyard is a major plus!!

Perfect Updated Home with a Great Backyard!

This house is in a great spot on the way to Orlando. We thought the updating and travelers comfort were top notch! We had our 2 dogs and a toddler with us, and thoroughly enjoyed the lovely, tree-shaded, fenced backyard!

Amazing

We could not have asked for a better property for our Jax Weekend Visit! 3 adults and 3 kids slept comfortably and it was spacious and super clean! I would highly recommend! It is located approx. 35 minutes from the Zoo and 40ish minutes from the beach! Perfect quiet location - will definitely be recommending to family and friends! Property manager is just a phone call away and will check on you via phone to make sure your stay is going well ❤️ 👍👍

Just a couple of things

The house was very clean and newly updated. The only real issues were that the mattress’ were not that great. They’re fine for a short stay but I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep on them for a week. The hall bathroom had issues where the sink abs the tub did not drain very quickly so you can only shower until the tub starts filling up. Also, the house can have a lot of people staying there with all the bed options, but with only 2 bathrooms makes it difficult to get ready in a timely manner. A suggestion would be to put mirrors up in the bedrooms and maybe in the living room as well to have more spaces for people to do their hair and make up. Other than that the house was convenient served its purpose for our stay.

Hosts extremely responsive

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hosts were in constant communication with us to make sure the home was up to our standards. Home was very clean and in a great location close to wedding venue we attended. Highly recommend Whiteys nearby for food and drinks!

Beautiful, clean property!

Our stay here was wonderful! Beautiful, clean home and close to so many stores and restaurants! Chris was an amazing host and truly cared about his home and making us feel welcome. Wonderful Experience

I booked this property to accommodate myself and several family members who were heading to the area for a Baby Shower. Upon our arrival we noticed treats and a handwritten note from the owners (Chris and Mary), congratulating us on the upcoming addition to our family. Such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. For a few family members, this was their first VRBO experience and they were extremely impressed. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and easily accommodated our group. Towels and linens were provided, along with helpful extras. The back yard is fenced and we often found ourselves enjoying the night air on the patio. Check In/Check Out was a breeze. The owners were friendly and responded promptly to questions. All in all, a wonderful experience. We will book the property again in the future.
