“Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The unit was very comfortable, with everything one might need. The Manager, Mark, was very attentive & personable! We enjoyed him greatly. The only caution is the walkway & narrow stairs up to the unit that can be a challenge for anyone with balance issues, & while carrying items such as suitcases or groceries.”

Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for all. The host was helpful and responded quickly. “We enjoyed the place quite a bit. It was clean & well stocked. Hosts were gracious when a few extra grandkids decided to join us. And were responsive in general. Hot tub, grill, kitchen appliances all worked great. Fire pit was clean and there was wood for us to burn. My bed was comfortable. Did not hear complaints from the rest of the family. Convenient to the beach. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms were clean and pretty modern. One of the better properties we've stayed at in our 30+ years of Labor...

“Really enjoyed staying here for a local event in LaPorte. Owner is great and provided excellent communication. The house is older and a little dated, but was perfectly fine for our needs. Two suggestions: 1. Add a bath mat in the tub - surface is a little slippery. 2. Hang hooks in the bathroom so that towels can be reused. Looking forward to our return visit in December.
