“It was clean and quiet both nights. Everything we needed was there. The electrical outlets in the kitchen do not work”

“Wir waren das erste Mal in Florida und sind recht spät an der Unterkunft angekommen. Diese war nur ca. 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Der Code für die Tür wurde uns per Mail mitgeteilt, allerdings hat dieser nicht funktioniert und wir mussten den Inhaber kontaktieren, dieser war zwar nicht persönlich am Telefon aber wir haben den richtigen Code bekommen und konnten "einziehen". Von außen sieht es etwas runtergekommen aus und die im Inserat reingestellten Fotos lassen die Räumlichkeiten...

“everything was great, very comfortable stay no disturbance complaints from neighbors just a free lively stay. only problems was there was only one trash bag and kinda wish we had access to the laundry room, but only those minor things nothing serious ”

“David was an excellent host. All the apartment was clean, excellent location with walmart, target and the airport near. The bed and the hole apartment was comfy, wifi excellent, with a tv to watch netflix. Kitchen with all the supplies, coffee maker, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Nice and quiet neighborhood. You can leave the car in the street next to the door and nothing will happen. ”

“The home was just as it was listed in the photo, well maintained. The location was secluded, safe and quiet. The backyard was amazing, loved the privacy. The home was just right for a quick getaway. ”

“My kids are very young and the best thing for them to do in Miami was hang out at this property. They loved running around the backyard, swimming in the pool and watching their own tv. We grilled out and enjoyed the summer weather in the shade which was very comfortable. The location is convenient to us visiting family but also has lots of food options. I highly recommend! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property was very well stocked and we had everything we could’ve...

“La atención de David es buenisima, es muy amable y se maneja una comunicación rápida para cualquier tema. El lugar esta limpio, con todos los accesorios necesarios para cocinar y es super centrico, por lo que podran moverse facilmente a cualquier lugar.
