Nice place..Poor housekeeping
The place was nice and clean. However, we checked in on a Monday and sent multiple messages about not having any wash cloths. On Wednesday, 2 wash cloths for 4 people were delivered. I was told that more would be delivered the next day and they were not. We ended up going out to buy wash cloths.

Birthday vibe
Great location, not far from anything, apartment was clean, warm and welcoming. Usually everything was maybe 25 minutes away without major traffic. Would book again. Only thing the pillow seating was missing off the bench on the balcony.

Unorganized company
We will not return to this or any roami property. They asked if we wanted early check in for a charge I said yes and authorized the charge. Only to be denied the early check in on top of that our check in was almost an hour late because they were still cleaning the room. When we finally got in the electricity was out in the hallway and bathroom. The maintenance guy Alex was great. He was the only good part of our stay. The location was fine. The view was great. They told me we would get a credit or late check out today. They would be contacting me early this morning to let me know. I am still waiting for that contact. All I got was an automated text saying checkout is 11 and hope we enjoyed our stay… they have signs everywhere in the room about fines which is very tacky. A fine for not taking out garbage, a fine for leaving garbage in the wrong spot, a fine for turning the ac too low, a fine for flushing feminine things in the toilet.

Great location and view
The property was as pictured. The king bedroom was small, so we used the loft w/2 queen beds and were very happy. Great for 2 people. The loft bath was great, though the shower was a bit slippery with no hand holds. The loft was open to the living room below with curtains for privacy, but not terribly practical if sharing with another couple. There were tons of towels. Loved the view and balcony which had partial shade most of the day, making it very comfortable to sit out. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Our only problem was with the check-in. We arrived at about 6:30 PM and there was no one there. We only got into the building when someone let someone else in. There was a number to call at the front desk which took 2 tries to get a real person. We should have been told to look for an email before arrival. We were on the road for 2 days and did not check emails. Once we got that straightened out, the instructions for check-in were very clear. Overall, loved the place and would stay there again.

Enjoyed our Stay!
Enjoyed the condo, very spacious, excellent view, good location, well stocked. There were plenty of towels, kitchenware, coffee, spices, etc. The bathrooms appeared to have been remodeled, very nice showers. Nathaniel, Guest Service Manager, was very helpful, he answered all of our questions, and showed us around when we first arrived. He was very conscientious and knowledgeable. Andreas answered a lot of of questions before we arrived, he was very informative and was easy to communicate with. The reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness is the living room and kitchen were a little shaky. There was broken glass on the dining room floor, and baloney, that I swept up. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The only negative, for us, was the television situation. The condo used Amazon "fire stick." There is no cable package. To get some stations you had to give your cable provider information. something I was reluctant to do. Not that we would watch television a lot, but the when you get back from the beach, or sightseeing, you would like to have something on. Twice we were watching a program, and after 25 minutes our "free time" had expired. This was the only major negative to our stay.

Looks can be very deceiving.
On first sight, this property was all we could ask for - spacious, well equipped, beautiful view, wonderful location. However, on closer inspection, the floors were filthy (including dark hair in both bathrooms). Walking anywhere barefoot resulted in extremely dirty feet - even just out of the shower. Walking to the bedroom required a second washing of feet. Made us concerned about the level of cleanliness in the rest of the unit. The parking garage consists of two levels. The lower level is supposed to be the easiest to access, but driving into either level was treacherous. The ramp is extremely narrow and angles to the left. One could see where many cars had scraped against the wall trying to navigate up or down. Unfortunately, even with very careful navigation, we too scraped the wall. On our last night, we were forced to use the second floor of the parking garage, as our designated spot was occupied. We managed to get up that ramp, and parked. The next morning, we discovered raw sewage dripping onto our car. Upon inspection, the pipe appeared to have been leaking for quite some time - something we missed in the dark. Would we return? Absolutely not.

Don’t stay here!!!!
From the pics you’ll think this property is great ! No!!! Don’t be fooled ! I travel all the time and have never been treated so bad . The lobby in the pics is not what you walk into . There was a family in lobby waiting for maintenance to do patch work in their room . I couldn’t check in on time because Nathaniel was upstairs helping maintenance. So I was told by some lady to go wait in the exercise room an Nathaniel will come get us . Check in was at 4 pm my flight was a little late so I got to the hotel at 4:05 . Waiting 15 mins then he came . He walked us to our room the ladies was still in the process of cleaning our room 😒.. So they left but did a terrible job . The counters sticky with who knows what . The bathroom half cleaned there was tissue still in the trash can . I pulled the sheets back as I do any place I stay hair was in the sheets. So I called Nathaniel told him I can’t stay here it’s not what I expected and it’s not clean an I wasn’t happy and it smelled so bad ! Not sure what that was . All the doors to the balcony said don’t open . Well if I’m staying I would like to go enjoy the view . He called Tonya the manager she was so rude and not helpful at all she wanted to argue . I told her everything that was wrong and she refused to help saying that she’s familiar with the property it’s clean an I can stay elsewhere. She also informed me that if I called corporate it would be here that answered and on the behalf of Sexton property she’s not giving any refunds take it up with vrbo. I was blown away how she handled the entire situation very rude and unprofessional. So I took it upon myself to check in at Fountain Blue where I was treated as a guest and the stay there was amazing!!!Money for me is not an issue but how you treat guest when they arrive is everything. This place needs new management ASAP !

Most relaxing vacation I've ever experienced
We arrived on Tuesday, September 24. The directions were accurate and the condo was easy to find. When we entered the condo, we were blown away. The condo was amazingly clean, and the view from every room was absolutely stunning. The first thing we did was put our luggage away and sit out on the living room balcony. The time on the balcony was almost surreal. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony. We stayed for seven days and six nights. I have a very stressful job and this was exactly what the doctor ordered. The unit was well stocked. One evening we arrived back at the condo around 8:30 pm and I had forgot the code to enter the garage. We called the number we were given by management and I was pleasantly surprised that someone actually answered the phone that late. They texted me the code tight away. I will definitely return.

Loved the kitchen
Being in the corner unit, the balcony is a little different, but overall a wonderful view and a peaceful stay! I liked being in the kitchen and seeing the water while I cook and being able to enjoy my friends and family. It was bigger than the pictures give it credit and I had a wonderful time for my birthday dinner at Benihanas. You can't leave without trying it!

Perfect vacation spot
This property was located in the middle of everything. Very clean. Staff was very welcoming. We did have a little problem with the lock not opening. Got it solved quickly. Very spacious. Views were amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

Magnificent Views
