Acceptable
The property is not in active disrepair, though the sofa bed was damaged upon arrival. There was no communication about having it repaired or replaced during our stay, which meant we had two people sleeping on a broken sofa bed for lack of other space. The owner only communicated the check-in instructions an hour prior to the listed check in time, and gave a time an hour later than the site listed (4pm instead of 3pm). It's a relatively spacious place, and not too far from most amenities. Decent stay. Could be better. Likely won't stay here again.
