Absolutely Fabulous
When my teammates and I have a work conference to attend, we usually find a place early in order to get some sightseeing and tourist things done before we have to work at our conferences. We stayed here and had the most wonderful weekend. The hosts are easily accessible and respond to every question or issue. We were withing walking distance of great restaurants, parks and even the historic and art districts. The three of us enjoyed this stay so much, I would definitely try to book again when we are in the area. I would also like to add that the host is truly female conscious as the bathroom is so well stocked as well as the kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and it is a great place to relax and just enjoy the Miami atmosphere. Another great part of this house is the back yard area. The pool and the outdoor seating is just what we needed before our very busy week long conference. I would love to stay again.

Absolutely amazing!
We stayed for christmas with our 4 kids and we couldn't ask for a better place. The house is really well located, 15 minutes from Miami beach and really close to downtown with nice places to walk around the neighborhood and restaurants and ice cream close by. The house is beautifully decorated and so cozy and Sam and Andy were so nice. They were always available to help with any questions or concerns and they even put up a christmas tree for the kids with little gifts. We cannot recommend this house enough. If you're thinking of booking, do it! Thanks Sam and Andy for making our christmas vacation amazing!

Miami visit
Cute cottage in an excellent location. We’d happily return in the future. Well stocked kitchen (including plastic plates and cups for kids), nice backyard, plenty of towels. Easy access for driving, as well as within easy walking distance to many good restaurants. Thanks for a great stay in Miami.

nice stay at a good location
It was great for us - a family of five. everything you need is close by and the airport is just 20 minutes drive. It is a cosy little house in a quite neighbourhood. Two bed rooms - One with a queen and one with a queen+ bank bed. Beds were very comfortable. I also liked the shower which unlike most American showers - had a Handheld Shower Head. Only two things which I wish were better - 1. the AC is a window AC which makes a lot of noise and actually we turned it off. 2. I wish there was a bbq outside - something which is almost a standart in these kind of homes. Other than that - it's a good option if you want a place nearby downtown and the airport.

The place was clean, it was a nice space for my friends. We all enjoyed the spot since it was pretty convenient. Host had clear instructions and we didn't seem to have any issues. The host lets you enjoy your stay in peace as well. So for those who like to be left alone. This is a good pick.

Amazing Experience
So I wanted to celebrate my 21st and was very upfront and honest the owners were open and very generous. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool a lot. The home is very welcoming and owners are very attentive to responding back to messages. Needless to say if I want another long weekend mini vacation I will definitely be booking with them again :)

Perfect location
You are no more than 30 minutes from great amenities. Neighborhood was quiet, felt very safe. The cottage is so welcoming, feels like home away from home. My 16 year old granddaughter loved the pool experiance and I loved being able to relax in the back yard with her searching on my computer or listening to audible books. We enjoyed this vacation so much. You don't have to remember anything, they have everything noted for you, internet password, things to be mindful of, near by fast food menus, etc. Wonderful experiance!!!!

Great house & great neighborhood!
We spent our spring break in this house and loved it! The house has a lot of charm and is very comfortable for a family of 4. Well stocked with the basics (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.), and plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The pool wasn’t heated, so my boys couldn’t swim quite as much as they would have liked, but I’m sure it’s perfect later in the summer. Lots of great, unique restaurants in the neighborhood (2 that we loved were Doggi’s Arepas and Moshi Moshi sushi). And easy driving from there to other areas we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this house or stay again if we ever come back to Miami!

Here's the corrected version: This home is beautiful; pictures do not do it justice. The overall stay was very nice, and I was even able to extend my stay while visiting. My children loved the bunk beds and pool; it’s very welcoming and cozy here, just like your very own home. Would love to stay again next time we visit Miami. Our host was very nice, and I appreciate that as well.

Perfect!
Not only was the home cozy, but it was adorble and just like home! It's also not far from anything and everything! We stayed here for the Orange Bowl and it was our first time in Miami. So happy we chose this home as opposed to the hotel stays. Everyone LOVED the beds and bathroom. (Especially the shower)! Definitely perfect for singles, couples or small families! Sam was an amazing host and very responsive! 5 Stars+

Surgery stay in Miami
I had to stay a week in Miami due to cosmetic surgery. This cute home was reasonably priced and had every convenience. My only regret is that i couldn't enjoy it more due to surgery. I will be back !! Owners were WONDERFUL, as well. They really have thought of everything that you may need in a vacay home. Bravo !! Can't wait to return.
