Great pre cruise location
Not sure why anyone would not give this place a 5 star rating. Our family of 5 stayed two nights pre cruise and it was amazing, close to bayside shopping area, numerous food options and last minute items we forgot. The condo had an amazing view and was very very clean with comfortable beds. Definitely will be staying here again for our next cruise vacation

Horrible check in experience
I did not receive any check in/out instructions from the host. I contacted them a day before check in and he got back to me in about 12 hours. I let him know what time I would be arriving. He told me there would be someone waiting for me to give me a key fob to access the property. My family and I arrived on time. There was no one there to greet us. I attempted to contact the host with no response. I waited 30 minutes and then contacted VRBO support. They attempted to get a hold of the host. They tried calling host several times but always went to voicemail. We ended up waiting over an hour in the lobby of this condo building waiting for access. This is after we got poured on during arrival and were soaking wet. The host said she did not have any wifi access during the storm and did get my message. But, she was in the building. She couldn't come down when she knew we would be there?!? We had prearranged a time. The property itself was clean and it was a good location for what we needed. There is a sofa bed in the living room, but no blankets or pillows available for use. The refrigerator is useless. It does not get very cold and forget about the freezer. Don't plan on using any ice when you are there. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend.

Stylish & comfortable
The condo is stylish, comfortable, clean, & quiet. The details are what makes the place feel uniquely yours. It is conveniently located near a bayside where boat rides, jet skies, bars shops, & restaurants are located. Also Check- In info is easly accesible from your email reservation prior to arriving. The owners will respond promptly for feedback as well. Enjoy!

Pre cruise stay
We stayed 2 nights pre cruise. Host was super helpful with checkin and suggestions to eat and visit. The complex was great perfect location and facilities. As other reviews a couple of suggestions for improvement, but wouldn’t put me off staying again. TVs in rooms don’t connect to anything. Amazing balcony view but glass is dirty on balcony and patio doors. Only one key to apartment, need two at least. Otherwise all good, thanks for a great stay.

Do not recommend
Very dirty. Sheets weren't washed, place wasn't vacuumed and moped. Dust everywhere on furnitures. My friend fall with the mattress on the floor because underneath bed frame was broken. Not enough plates and glasses for 6 people. No coffee mashine. The TV in the bedroom was not working. The washer was covered with mold. Very noisy place, constructions going on in front of it. Underneath the toilet seat was extremely dusty and you can see urine marks from previous guests. Only the location and the view was ok.

Yuck!
No info about check-in. Freezer did not work and told to go to CVS to buy ice. TVs in bedrooms not connected to networks, not enough dishes, glasses. No blankets, no coffee pot or toaster. Shades did not work in bedroom. Poor lighting. Need lamps!!!!

Good stay for Ultra Miami’24
Spectacular views just like in the pictures and plenty of cafes/restaurants in walking distance (one even in the lobby)! We stayed here as a group of 4 for the ultra Miami festival and this place was in the BEST proximity to Bayfront park. Overall great stay with a couple of nuances. For example, the host didn’t provide concrete check-in instructions so I had to call him upon arrival but he was quick to pick up the phone and help and ended up being really responsive after that. The place definitely has a slight after-smell of cigarette smoke and was running low on a basic supplies like toilet paper which we had to go buy ourselves. Again, small nuances here and but overall, a good stay.

Unacceptable
We were so disappointed about the accomodation. No body was here to great us at the check-in. We tryed to call the owner several time but he never answered to our call however he responded to an amercican number. When we entered in the appartment, it was dirty, the sheets weren't clean. We asked for another blankets but we never had them, we still waiting for it. Other thing, there weren't enought dishes for all of us. Finally, when we left the area, he never reponsed to our message about how to proceed for the check out because it was in french and he said that he cannot speak this language. However deepl exist nowaday. We don't recomend that appartment for your holidays.

Great apartment with a million dollar view!... Owner is exceptional to deal with and the building is great with a coffee shop and bar/restaurant in the lobby. Location close to waterfront with shops, restaurants and cruise ships!

JUST A FEW RECOMMENDATIONS: 1.) TOP SHEET ON BEDS WOULD BE GOOD. 2.) GET THE TV(S) IN THE BEDROOMS TO WORK. 3.) MAYBE SOME TRAVEL SHAMPOOS AND BODY WASHES. 4.) MORE TOWELS. WE ONLY HAD ONE TOWEL AND WASH CLOTH IN EACH BATHROOM.

We went for my 40th birthday and this place was everything we wanted and more. The location is perfect the host was very nice and on time will most definitely be coming back.
