Excellent view of beach although a lower roof was in the way. Nice size condo and valet free parking. The mattress and pillows were not great. Not much to do but the free trolley

2 Night Stay before Cruise
I was actually afraid because of the mixed reviews, but the apartment suite was lovely. It was absolutely perfect for my Mother and I during our 2 night stay before heading to our family cruise.

I have stayed here in the past and I liked it. The only problem I had with the property is the elevators really suck. They’re very slow if they show up at all that’s the only complaint I had everything else was good.

The host lied and there was no pool access during or time there.. i had my children with me…. We did not even stay past two nights.. we left and went somewhere else for the remainder of the trip… absolutely disgusting… roaches on the hallways… awful awful service. The host needs kicked off platforms with false advertising! I should of least had a half refund.

Great view, ok apartment, terrible neighbors.
The apartment itself is a little run down (broken mirror, faded curtains, broken window) but the view of the ocean is lovely. Between the cheap Ikea mattress, the flat pillows, and the neighbors yelling and partying till 3am I had a pretty crummy nights sleep. They need to install some soundproofing because if anyone in the rooms next door speak in anything above a whisper you can hear it. On a weeknight it might be an ok place to stay but I'd steer clear on the weekend or during holidays (unless you're planning on being out late partying yourself).

the pool will still be repaired and we were not told about it.. they only give you one towel for the whole stay so be warned if you booked it for a couple of days .. you have to wash your own towels ..

Five Star Fabrice!
This rental was absolutely perfect. Initially, I rented another unit from Mr. Fabrice. Something went south with it, but for my convenience, Mr. Fabrice upgraded me to a beach side property with a phenomenal view. Took some outstanding photos. Would recommend. Very convenient location and the building hosts a vary of other services. Will book again!!!!

I would not stay here again.
After the first night the ac started leaking. There was someone else's stuff in the room . The toilet didn't flush right... If I had to stay by longer than the 2 days I would contacted the property manager.

Not all well kept up
The property was not well taken care of. Chairs were broken at pool, toilet paper and soap were missing for 2 days till I went to front desk and we got toilet paper but no soap. I told bartender but they said it wasnt their job. We were supposed to have a beach umbrella and 3 beach towels we said something but we never got them.

We enjoyed being close to the water and the great view. The ease of the vallet was another plus. The staff onsite where helpful. This is just like checking into a hotel, so a bit different than most STR check-ins. I all owners live close by their STR and rely on their cleaners to keep their place looking nice. I messaged the owner just in case that was the case here and he sent the cleaners back to clean. There were places she didn't clean, but thankfully we didn't use the kitchen. Come to find out the owner has a real estate business down on the lower level. I think this might be an older condo building, just because you can hear all the noise in the hallway and smell people smoking weed (I just don't care for the smell and thankful it didn't drift into our room). Thank you

you get what you pay for
It was a place to stay that was on the beach and reasonable, however it said it had a stove, there was just a toaster oven on top of the refrigerator (which is very small). The beds are very uncomfortable and had springs poking up. The worst was the elevators, it took you so long to get anywhere using the elevator and we had a disabled person with us so we could not just use the stairs every time. Staff was very helpful and kind. I guess you get what you pay for. Positive- it is right on the beach and on a walking path.

Christmas time stay
Our room was nice and clean with a beautiful view. The checkin process was long and seemed to be understaffed, but it also was a busy time of year. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when needed.

Yes the property is dated but it’s temporary quarters for you to enjoy Miami. You should spend more time outside of it instead of in it. The toilet did run a bit but it’s only noticeable while you are in there. A few more decors of Miami inside would spruce the place up. Overall, it’s a good stay.

disappointment in paradise
Night We arrived security helped us, was no front desk, three different properties in one, my name did not popped out, ended renting a suit in a near by hotel, next morning still have issues to check in, finally security guard told me that my paperwork was sent that morning, contacted host Fabrice, who gave me not enough credit for the night spent somewhere else, suit was not as, what I was told [beach view on 5th floor] no room service, no telephone, closet was locked up, the suit had bad smell, in general was very disappointed , the only good thing was a big screen TV, still waiting for Fabrice to call me and gave an incentive , good luck….Karloz and Clara.
