Ofrezco una casa impresionante lejos de casa. Es una escapada perfecta para cualquier ocasión. Imagínese despertar con una suave brisa del mar que entra en el apartamento, mientras disfruta de una espectacular escena tropical playa desde la comodidad de su propia cama. A continuación, disfrutar de un tranquilo desayuno en la terraza con estas vistas sin obstáculos y un sinfín de playa.

Este apartamento de playa ha sido renovado para incluir lo siguiente: cocina nueva con encimera de mármol y placa para salpicaduras de vidrio, baño, cama queen murphy y futón sofá / cama, por nombrar algunos. También hay un enorme walk-in closet. Este apartamento es aún más magnífico que las fotos. 

La cocina es independiente con muchos de los lujos del hogar; refrigerador / congelador, estufa de 2 quemadores, platos, ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, licuadora, etc.

Además de las impresionantes vistas de la terraza, se encuentra una mesa, sillas, y un par de tumbonas para relajarse y tomar el sol. Desde el apartamento es una de fumadores no, la terraza es un buen lugar para disfrutar de un cigarrillo si eso es su bolso! Yo también le proporciona sillas de playa de calidad, un paraguas y un refrigerador. Tomo gran orgullo en hacer mi apartamento en la playa un excelente producto a un precio excelente.

El apartamento está ubicado a una cuadra al norte de la zona de Miami Beach llamado fila de los millonarios y es de 12-15 minutos de la emoción y la vida nocturna de South Beach, sin embargo, lo suficientemente lejos para disfrutar de una escapada tranquila. La zona es muy segura y hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y tiendas de licores, etc., todo dentro de una distancia a pie.

Desde mi experiencia, creo que la calidad que usted recibirá de mí se destacan de todos los demás en este rango de precios. 

Tengo muy buenos comentarios es porque hago todo lo posible para proporcionar un gran apartamento frente a la playa a muy buen precio. Como resultado Tengo muchos huéspedes de todo el mundo que vuelven año tras año y recomiendo este apartamento a sus amigos. 

NOTA: Hay un cargo único por registro de $ 30 debido a la recepción a su llegada. El servicio de aparcacoches cuesta $ 15 / NT.

Great Location!
It was so nice to be able to walk outside and get right onto the boardwalk. On the opposite side of the building was a road with many restaurants on it. Also a Publix, Walgreens etc. If I stay here again I would just Uber from the airport and not rent a car. All the food and relaxation we needed was within walking distance! Beach is feet away from the complex as well.

Great spot on the Beach
We had a great time at this property. There was a mix up at the beginning of the trip but Christine bent over backwards to make up for the mistake. She was very easy to contact and did everything within her power to ensure we had a good birthday trip. The woman gave me roses and personally came over to bring an extra blanket!!! She really WOWed us with her hospitality. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the beach. The space is small but was very comfortable for us! We had everything we needed in the apartment and felt that if we didn't have it....Christine would have gotten it to us. Great stay and a SuperFantastic Host!! Thanks for everything Christine!

Normally I am bothered by places that allow pets but I had 0 allergy issues bc the unit was thoroughly cleaned. Host communication exceeded expectations. There is only a vallet option for parking and they did argue me on the prepaid parking but I didn’t care and ended up just paying it. The view is awesome I honestly felt this was the best unit in the building. Beach chairs were included and so easy to transport. The beach and ocean water are so close to the hotel. Everyone was so nice. Great food options all walkable. Shower gets nice and hot! I had the best time and that was the perfect unit on the beach. I thought it was a great value. Thank you!

It's a nice small apartment with expansive terrace with amazing ocean view. While the studio is small, the outdoor place is amazing. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.

Wonderful beach studio apartment
Clean, nice studio apartment with a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. Short, easy access to pool, beach, and walking/biking path that goes on for miles along the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner is great, checks in and makes sure everything is going well. I would stay here again.

We stayed for the weekend after getting off of 5 day cruise. Loved the view and proximity to the beach. Host provided beach chairs & umbrella. Also took the trolley to shopping area. Would come again!

Nice spot

Great location and VIEWS!
First of all, Christine was an amazing host! She communicated with us every step of the way, and always kept us in the loop. It was my husband’s 40th birthday surprise getaway and I asked ahead of time if we could arrange to have some flowers, balloons and champagne waiting upon our arrival and she was so wonderful with helping me accommodate that! The hotel itself is outdated and needs some work to it but our actual unit was clean and worked just fine, and this location is prime. Great area, walking distance to shops and restaurants. And honestly the best part and main reason for choosing this spot was the incredible views and the huge outdoor balcony. There was a round table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. We utilized these everyday. Our breakfasts and lunches were eaten out there. We would walk down to the beach for a bit, go in the large heated pool at times and then eat out on the balcony. It was heavenly!

Christine's Miami Beach studio was an absolute gem. From the seamless communication before my arrival to the thoughtful tips for a first-time visitor, Christine's hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The Murphy bed, with its ample storage and plush linens, ensured a comfortable night's rest, while the cozy futon provided an extra spot for relaxation. The kitchen was modern, comfy counter stools, and stocked with an impressive array of utensils, pots, and pans, modern appliances and thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and blender. The balcony, with its breathtaking ocean views, was the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise coffee and meals. Whether lounging in one of the comfortable lounge chairs or dining set, it quickly became my favorite spot in the studio.Christine's attention to detail extended to every aspect of the stay, from the well-appointed kitchen to the beach essentials provided. Her tips for exploring Miami as a first-time visitor were invaluable, allowing me to make the most of my time in this vibrant city. The beach itself was just steps away from the back exit through the pool area, providing convenient access to a clean, peaceful, and pristine beach. Overall, Christine's studio offered a tranquil retreat with stunning views and exceptional hospitality. I can't wait to return for another blissful beach getaway. Great location, great property, beautiful view!
We traveled to Miami Beach for a friend's birthday weekend. The condo was perfect! It had the essentials (full kitchenette, large walk-in closet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower), and a perfect view of the ocean! Loved the balcony/terrace, with comfy lounge chairs. Pool is perfect, also, plenty of lounge chairs. Great location on the bike path, perfect for running/walking or renting bikes (bike rental is a 5min walk North). Valet parking is included with the unit (car retrieved very fast! I tipped the valet each time, but much less expensive than any other Miami Beach parking). It is a short, safe walk to several restaurants and bars. Will definitely come back for a future beach weekend!

Gorgeous view!
The best part is the gorgeous view. We shut the air off and cracked opened the door to fall asleep to the breeze and sounds of the ocean. It was more of a hotel-sized accommodation studio style, but it had everything my husband and I needed to enjoy our stay. It had plenty of room for us but would be tight for more than 2 adults and maybe a small child or two. The beach chairs and cooler were appreciated (there was also an umbrella but it was too windy to use). We enjoyed the balcony views for our coffee and in general. My husband got a day pass to the gym 1/2 mile north of the condo and I ran the beach board walk every day. The pool is heated and surprisingly large. The condo complex has a small sundries store with snacks and alcohol. There is a gas station right across the street with adequate snakes and drinks. If you need more there’s a publix and Walgreens a few blocks away. The restaurant/bar in the pictures was not open at all during our stay. The building is older and in need of work, but when you walk into the room it all fades away with the view of the ocean. The host was gracious available as needed.

Great Patio Views
Read all the reviews. Most are pretty accurate and fair. Building itself is older but seems to be pretty well maintained and clean. Room was very nice and was well equipped. We love a nice patio/terrace so that was our prime motivation and we were not dissapointed. Very large with great views. Beach access is convenient and easy. Boardwalk that goes all the way to South Beach is just outisde the rear gate. There is a pretty good selection of restaurants nearby. There is also a convenience store off the lobby that seems to be open all the time and has very reasonable prices, so if you could not bring suntan lotion, etc it is right there. The host is the best part and should get 10 stars. Excellent communication from booking through departure. Very responsive. Would do anything to help make your stay a good exeprience. We have done VRBO for years and I can confidently say that Christine is the best of the best from a host perspective.

UNMET EXPECTATIONS
First impressions mean a lot. What the owner should have done up front is disclose that the her condo unit was in a closed Hotel, the Casablanca. That upon entering the hotel lobby, there was no front desk to find out anything, only a person behind a glass window. The huge lobby was mainly empty, with little furniture, low lighting, and no sign of life. So first impressions for us and other renters was very negative. The owner should have said this in her promo of the condo, so that we would not be shocked. Her unit was like a dorm in college, all white and sparse. These points overshadow the plusses of the condo, like being on the beach, and having a deck facing the ocean. I hope she renews her promo material.

The view was beautiful, and that picture was very accurate. There was no restaurant, no bar, no onsite accommodations for a rainy day, which was our case. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t even stay in for a movie. The host graciously refunded the rest of our stay as we moved to a hotel but we were hugely disappointed

Awesome Oceanfront
Oh my gosh, I can't recommend this location enough. The condo is a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics, and the view is incredible. Christine is a total superstar, providing everything we could've possibly needed for a stress-free vacation. As the pictures show, the patio is a particularly outstanding feature, and we couldn't get enough of it. The heated pool was also a great perk, the beach was seriously perfection, and we felt safe and welcomed by everyone we met. Communication with Christine was effortless and straightforward. This was our first non-hotel experience, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you!

Home away from home
This vacay was simply amazing. Checking in was a breeze, the view...omg...no words. Quick and easy access to the beach. The apartment was great, nice, clean, and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and coffee! (that was a big deal for me) Our hostess was very attentive. Her communication was excellent. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. I could go on and on. I will definitely be back!

Quick beach stay for 40th bday
This was our first visit to Miami. We found this sweet little beachfront apartment that was perfect for getting down to the water daily. We came back up for lunch and would go back down after, then come back and shower and get in our rental car and find a place for dinner(a couple of nights we walked to close by places). We loved having coffee in the mornings on the balcony. It was a great little getaway spot for just the two of us.
