The host canceled our reservation and did not inform us. Actually, I am just finding out that the host canceled in an email we received today which is over a week later. I am so upset we arrived and had no way of knowing whether the host was going to meet us there or not we kept texting and trying to call and get in touch with them but to no avail. Here I am with five people needing a place to stay and can’t get in. Can you imagine that? Luckily other family members took us in. We were not able to stay together as we had planned. VRBO respond to me and offered to find other login for us, but at that time I was so upset all I wanted to do was to keep my blood pressure down. I am still upset. I can tell you how unhappy I am. If a host want to cancel, they should inform you before you arrive for the stay. We could’ve found other lodging and wouldn’t of had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. We were all adults 23 and up to 79 we should be paid for our inconvenience.
