Beautiful Location!!
This condo is right on the beach and within walking distance of so many things. The views are breath-taking, the unit was very clean and super spacious, and the property owners were very communicative. You're provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and toys for the kiddos if you have them. It was very nice not having to rent these things. The check-in can be hairy since you have to go to the sister building next door first during business hours. Since the rental is in a building that also houses residential units, there are many rules to follow. Read all the information you're provided carefully! Use the side entrance with luggage, do not come through the lobby with luggage, use the correct elevator, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and can't wait for my next trip to Florida!

Great Condo, Beachfront is Nice
Our family enjoyed our week long trip in late December. Everything was nice, and you cannot beat the beach location. 15-20 min walk to the main Hollywood Broadwalk, which wasn't too bad and taking the 2 per person "Ride Circuit" is a great way to get around (no rental car needed). 30 for a key fob is a ripoff, and having to wear red wristbands the entire time so we could use the pool was a minor annoyance.I would suggest the owners put a little money into the property. Fix some of the water damage to the doors and ceilings, upgrade the bedroom TVs (one has TIVO - which came out 25 years ago), replace the mattress in the Master bedroom. Not a ton of , but these would go a long way in my opinion.

Beautiful views, not close enough to walk to broad walk. Great pool. The check in process was not easy due to the host putting in wrong dates on stay. The closet our kids played in due to unfortunate weather caved in and got our clothes wet so we had to pay to rewash everything and have maintenance in and out for a day, and then the air conditioner in master suite was enabled. Other then checking in and closet tiles falling in, the place was good

Die Wohnung ist schön runtergerockt, die Bilder stammen wohl aus besseren Zeiten. Alles ist alt und nicht ganz sauber. Komische Flecken auf den Badetüchern, komische Krümel auf dem Boden und in der Badewanne. Buchungsprozess unnötig kompliziert, genauso wie Check in Prozess. Das Management braucht Wochen um eine Anfrage im Vorfeld zu beantworten, und wenn du da bist, schicken sie dir zig Nachrichten und verlangen Rückmeldung - ob du schon da bist, ob du schon ausgecheckt hast etc. Mehrere Erinnerungen daß Check Out um Punkt zehn ist. Völlig unnötig. Das einzige was schön ist, ist der Ausblick auf das Ozean.

Beautiful reviews. Kitchen was great, living room was great. The only thing holding this back was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Shower, and floor has mold in the master bathroom. Finishes around windows, and fixtures looked like nobody took any time whatsoever to make it look nice, they just painted over it and called it good.

Great stay!
We loved our stay in Ben’s unit at the Tides! He is very responsive and helpful. The unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. We were very excited about the views and balcony overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately, it was entirely too windy to enjoy that. The check in process was easy and all staff members were very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Worth it
This was a great place to stay! They had some renovations done to the place. Quick paint jobs here and there but honestly if your not to picky like us we were enjoying the view from the room and mostly sight seeing. Gave the cleanlyness 4 out of 5 stars because the place was cleaned but not 100%. Clothes under the bed from previous renters and food under the couches. Tend to find these things when your toddler tries to play with those things lol and the guest room AC air flow was really weak. Could use some work on that. Overall i would stay again. These issues never bothered me enough to contact managment to have it fixed. Oh and speaking of managment they were great to communicate with and super helpful with the late check in process.

Perfect!
This property is perfect for families! We felt safe there, and there were a lot of places within walking distance for food and activities. There were beach toys, towels, chairs everything you could need to step off the plane and enjoy your time on the beach or pool! The communication with the property manager is top-notch! They kept in communication with us every step of the way. They gave us pointers and advice. I felt i was staying with family! We just left and are already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were amazing helping us navigate registration. They checked in us during our stay for questioning. They gave us awesome information where to eat, visit and how to get around. The cleaning made sure the place looked great for our stay. The view was amazing. First time VRBO, will use again!!!
The unit was extremely clean and as advertised! Property manager extremely communicative and very responsive. Master bed was comfortable and not sure how I am going to sleep that well again. Instructions provided spot on! Only challenging thing, which is not the property manager’s fault, some of the valet staff were rude. Pool was well maintained and clean! Iguanas around the pool where a huge hit by all, they roamed and minded their business.
