“Communication was good and my request for ground floor was honored. However the property was UNwelcoming. The floors in every room were worn to the extent there were white marks everywhere. The curtains did not fit the windows and the curtains had to be kept closed at all times. Blinds would have been nicer. Moving to the king size bathroom. Toilet was very loose cabinet above the sink was broken and the plug did not seal so we couldn’t fill the sink with water. Pumps in shampoo and conditioner...

“The property was exactly as pictured and was very clean when we arrived. The property is very spacious and works well for groups. My friends and I stayed here for a concert and it was the perfect location. It's located in Miami Beach so you're not getting all ofnthe traffic that comes with Miami itself. The view was gorgeous as well. The host was very communicative and gave me all the information i needed without having to ask. ”
