The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. There are lots of place to eat, Turkish baths, and shops nearby. We highly recommend! ”

“Hotel is next to the main tram line T1 in Istanbul which is a tourist godsend and 10mins easy walk to the nearest M2 metro station. Grand Bazaar a couple of hundred yards away and most of the main tourist attractions are at most 10-15mins walk from the hotel - or 2-3mins on the T1.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Only slight downside was that the breakfast could have been more plentiful”
“The thing is that the staff said this hotel was full and they were going to take me to another hotel nearby, we were arriving at midnight and the surroundings were very odd, specially for the second property. I think they would have to inform in advance so that you don’t think they are going to kidnap you or something… or simply don’t accept check in at those hours”

"Family trip to Istanbul went great because of this beautiful hotel we booked. It's well located near the AyaSofia and the Blue mosque. The Theodosius cisterns and so convenient with their family rooms. Good size and comfy.
We loved their rooftop terrace too!
