“Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience. ”

“This was our second year here, due to the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room, the quality of the food and the location. You can do as much or as little as you like using this as a base. We just love the ambience of the whole area. We did trips by car, train, boat, bus as well as feet. Would visit again. “The property was spacious and bright. There was a Spar shop opposite. It was a short walk to the beach and 4 miles from the Eden Project . 5 mins walk from the train station. I would use it again.”

The history of the place, that you can see when you walk around, and read the plaques, the staff are very professional and helpful, the rooms are so well done, and gorgeous to stay in, with comfy beds meaning a great nights sleep every night! Great choice at Breakfast to start your day. Can't wait to come back again! ”

“This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality. The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks. Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order. They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok. The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.”

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”
