“Amazing place, when I arrived at the reception it was old fashioned but when the Lady took me around to the rooms I was really in the 20th century. The security locks used were impressive. I felt safe already. The room was so clean, neat, refreshing I can just go on. I use hotels around the country this was my favourite.”

“Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad.
