“The hotel is very nice, although a bit worn. The attention of the staff is first class, because I felt welcome along with my family. The room quite large and comfortable. Its weak points are cleanliness (terrible!), very dirty carpets and dirty bathrooms (lots of hair). Breakfast is not enough for all guests (that's lack of coordination, number of guests vs. amount of food).”

“It was an older motel, we like to park in front of our room door. It’s easier when you have to walk your dog. Real close to hot springs national park and the bath houses and dog park. We were there one night, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.”

“The owners were so kind and friendly. The room was definitely older and could use some TLC, but it was large, clean, had everything we needed and the beds were surprisingly super comfortable. It was also right next to the High School for our event and within a brief walk of the springs. The only thing I missed was I thought there was a breakfast, there wasn’t, but I’m not even sure where I saw that listed, the grocery store and local bakery had just what we wanted so it was all good. ”
