“It wasnt clean. My room was wet. The entire carpet soaked. It was so damp fhe beds were wet. It smelled of obvious long term mold issues. Dead bugs in the bathroom and shower. My door was so hard to open i had to have someone from the desk open it for me everytime i wanted in and they told me i just had to lift up while pushing in hard and swipe the card at the same time. I could never make it work. The soma. At the desk was rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt let my pet stay there ”
“Room was great! Instructions to check-in were clear and easy. 20min drive to Killington peak parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our car battery died and a kind staff member (sorry I didn't catch her name) jump-started our car with her own and saved the day for us. Thanks for the hospitality and a great weekend.”
“Loved the Innkeeper and her staff. Unfortunately, they are short of staff so sometimes getting the room cleaned and/or towels wasn't automatic. But if we asked, they would do so. We would certainly return. ”

The mansion is stunning and enjoying a coffee and pastry in the mansion in the morning is lovely. I’m glad to see this historic building being taken care of so thoughtfully. ”
