Don’t know where to start. The home booked was not as advertised, not clean, no towels, sheets on floor, washing machine was full of molded linens. The Management was aware of these issues and sent a very late email telling us that they wanted to relocate us but no phone call so was not aware until after we arrived. Called the emergency phone number 3/4 times before getting an answer.
After being relocated at 2:00 am, the 2nd house was much cleaner but also not as advertised. House was listed as a 4 bedroom/3 bath but was only 3/2 which caused issues for 3 couples. The 2nd house had only 1 clean towel on hand so had to go and purchase towels. The thermostat would not work which led to a weekend of uncomfortable temperatures. Called the emergency line. Of course there was no answer so left 3 messages which were never returned over the course of the next 3 days.
The company tried to offer me a $400 discount off the price of the original 5 bed / 4 bath house booking. But since the 2nd house was much smaller (3/2), it was really no discount at all.
I have provided the company an opportunity to “make it right” but their only offer was to reimburse us for the towels.
Book these 2 locations at your own risk but be assured that if you have to deal with this Management Company, you will not receive any service at all.
If I could give the entire experience a “0” star rating, I would.
