Sala de teatro ubicada arriba equipada con 6 asientos reclinables de cuero con cargadores usb y un televisor de 4 pulgadas y 82 pulgadas equipado con sonido envolvente. La cocina grande y espaciosa y el patio trasero enorme te harán sentir como en casa. Barrio suburbano muy tranquilo ubicado a pocos minutos de la galería Wolfchase. Place doesn't look like what's on the pictures.. Definitely need to updated the pictures.. Could use a touch up and clean Furniture ... The guy knocked off some money for the inconvenience but he was also slick at the mouth... Definitely rude

House needs TLC
The house requires a thorough deep cleaning and significant renovations. Every wall needs repainting, and some furniture needs replacement due to prominent stains and tears. Certain rooms were in such poor condition that they were unusable. Furthermore, the outdoor area was neglected, with overgrown grass and bushes. The property's condition was far from the attractive image presented in the listing. Despite these issues, we decided to stay in the house due to time constraints that limited our ability to find alternative accommodations.

We were unable to access the house, but host did fix it. The host acknowledged it was not up to his standards and was to refund me $120 There was no flatware, a couple of plates. There was no hand soap. The furniture is stained. There was dirty carpet in the bathroom. No amenities such as toiletries or starter coffee.The dryer quit working. The countertops were sticky. The host failed to provide TV instructions which was remedied by text with host. Would have been nice to have outdoor seating. The A All in all, I would not rent this property again

Filthy living
As far as the house it’s ok the couch had several stains on it as well as a burn mark. Looks like they put the cheapest furniture they could find in there one of the beds upstairs is just a foam mattress on the floor. The bathing towels look like rags strings loose on the face towel’s bleach stains on the big towels. A old styrofoam container with look like Chinese food was left in the refrigerator hardly no silverware or pots or pans and the laundry had a pile of duty towels in a corner and the washer and dry full both with linen in it. If your just trying to smoke in the midst of a home and hangout for a second this is the place to be but if your bringing your family and want a nice clean setup save yourself a lot of money and get a hotel

Definitely Needs Some Work and Cleaning
I’ll start with the positive: -location was good and conveniently located -neighborhood was nice, quiet, and we felt safe -host was very responsive and easy to reach -the host was flexible and accommodating as I needed to bring my 10lb dog with me and he allowed it. The negative/ugly: The house simply was not clean. PERIOD. We asked the host if it had been cleaned prior to our arrival and he said yes but we simply did not believe it. We saw baby roaches on the kitchen counter after we’d only been there 5 minutes. We brought this to the host’s attention and his response was “roaches??? I literally just left there 45min ago.” I told him he was welcome to come back and do a walk through with us as we had no reason to lie about the roaches or about the uncleanliness of the house. And even though he was shocked that we saw roaches, we noticed 2 cans of roach spray under the kitchen sink. He did at least refund our cleaning fee because we had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies just so we’d feel comfortable staying there. We did a walk through and every one of the bathrooms was filthy. The mirror in half bath on the main level looked as if someone had just brushed their teeth as it has what appeared to be toothpaste on it. The floors were dirty throughout the house. The laundry room was dirty. There were clothes I the washer and dryer that we had to remove in order to wash the linens we purchased from Walmart since we were NOT going to sleep on the existing linens. The home had no dishes in the cabinets. Every vrbo home that we’ve ever stayed at was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The living room sofa was dirty looking and was missing a leg. My brother in law found some coasters and placed them in the place of the missing leg just so we could sit on the couch without fear of it tipping over. At one point while he was sitting on the couch he heard something pop as if the couch had broken. Sure enough, he looked down and the springs were sticking out at the bottom. We were exceptionally disappointed in the condition of this vrbo. It’s 420 friendly so my guess is that others that have stayed there were so high they didn’t care about the things we cared about. On a scale of 1 to 10, we’d definitely give this a 3. And that’s only because the location was good, the neighborhood was decent, and the host was easy to each. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone until he does some work!

Unpleasant stay
I have stayed at this home for 2-3 years & it was absolutely gorgeous first time around. Overtime I noticed the pricing went up but not any updates to the home. There are so many problems that have not been fixed. Due to the home being weed friendly, the house attracts careless guests. For that the owner is super uptight which I understand, but he takes it out on guest that are respectful to his home. I will not book this home again nor will I make any more referrals.

Nice house
I enjoyed staying at this property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We spent a lot of time in the upstairs theater and enjoyed the hip hop decor scattered throughout the house. We definitely would book again.

Not recommended, camping is more comfortable
I cannot recommend this property. It was absolutely filthy, most of the furniture is broken, there are very few working lightbulbs, the backyard is totally trashed (broken bottles, wet clothes, trash, broken fence boards), there are electrical outlets without faceplates (this property says kid friendly!!), the master mattress is broken, the bathroom walls are disturbingly dirty with hand prints and light switches that had clearly never been cleaned. The owner claimed to not know about these issues, wouldn’t offer any cleaning remedies (only $100 credit), and insisted that he didn’t owe me anything because he let me change my reservation when my family had CoVid and I had to change my trip dates (which I paid a change fee for). I guess he felt that he shouldn’t have to clean his property or provide reasonable accommodations. I noticed all the other reviews are from November 2020 and before. If those reviews are legitimate, this property has clearly had some tough times since then. This experience has led us to leave VRBO entirely. Save your money and your sanity unless you are accustomed to frat house accommodations.

This house is beautiful. It’s very spacious and cozy. It gave me urban vibes all weekend. From the biggie smalls pic to the bag of money pic, this home is great but need a few touch ups as far as the furniture and walls. There were light stains on the walls as well as chipped paint. The bathrooms were clean as well as the bedrooms and kitchen. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom was the bomb. The beds slept wonderfully. Mr.Eddie was nice and he responds quickly to messages. I will definitely rent this house again in the future. My overall stay was amazing.
