Nice Place!
location was great and loved having the private garage and gated parking lot. Condo was perfect. Living room and beds comfortable. Communication response was quick when we had a couple of questions arise. Took an Uber to Beale Street since it was dark and we didn't know the area. Then walked over to the Peabody to look around the city from the rooftop. I will stay again if in the area.

No Coffee!
Good location. Roomy. Comfortable beds. Good security. Only downfall…there was a coffee pot but no coffee. We were bummed about that.

Memphis overnight
On our way to a motorcycle rally, great security in the parking area and it had a garage. Across the street from a great brewery and 10 minute walk to Beale! Host was super nice on the phone and the place was exceptionally clean.

Great location! Short drive or walk to all the attractions. This home was very comfortable and welcoming. We thought it could use a deep cleaning but other than that, no complaints!

BBQ Stay
The only thing I would say is…. The front of building (building across is getting redone) needs some cleanup. Maybe even put a tank for the grill or get rid of it all together. We enjoyed our selfs.

Memphis Fun
There’s so much to do in Memphis and this condo was a great location to do it all. It was a quick Uber ride to Beale Street in the evening. Other attractions like Graceland and Sun Studios were a quick drive in our own car with plenty of parking at the sites. We felt safe at the condo with good garage parking. We enjoyed our time in Memphis.

The property lacked attention to detail. There was cold coffee left in the pot from previous occupancy and insufficient coffee pods and creamer for us. There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom. Light in master bathroom closet was out. It wasn’t somewhere I or my friends would return to. Barbecue was filthy and needed to have a cover.

Comfortable and bright
The property’s entrance was off on a side street making it difficult initially to figure out how to get into the building but once in everything was good. The place was bright and comfortable. Overall the place was clean but we did find a few dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Pantry was decently stalked but could have used a few extra dishes such as cups and serving utensils. We found the place more in an industrial area than where we wanted to be on Beale Street. It wasn’t too far away but we elected to drive or take an Uber instead of walking. Lots of great recommendations were left to help us plan our time in Memphis which we really appreciated. We hope to return for another visit in Memphis as we didn’t feel as though we got to see everything we wanted to. Thanks for the stay!

Nice but not worth $$$$
Picked this so we did have to worry about parking since it had a garage. But the parking lot was being redone so we had to park on the street. Down the block. Host did offer to pay for parking. Very nice of him To do that. For the price it was ok it needs some fresh paint paper towel holder in 1/2 bath was falling of the wall, hand rails going up and down steps needs paint, bar stools were very shakie. Bed was very nice, tv was great shower was great , rooms were nice size. Back door maybe should have a thumb lock, if there is a fire you have to use the key to get out not safe. Hopefully this never happens just a fyi. Over all it is a nice place but not sure it was worth the price we paid. Host was great at responding to me and helping us get to the correct building Trees have frown over the building # so we could not see it unti lwe were standing underneath it. Host did let us get in early that was a great plus.

Great Location, Clean and comfortable
The location is great, there is a brewery across the street! Secure parking in garage. Tons of room for 2 couples, clean and comfortable. Only 1 item that needs to be addressed, upstairs carpet is really due to be replaced. Other than that everything was great! Would go again in a minute!

Good location
The condo was clean and spacious and the host was very responsive. The 3 sets of stairs were definitely a workout and would not be great for families with small children and older adults. We were walking distance to Sun Studios and an easy drive to Beale street and the restaurants we chose. The neighborhood is attracting more businesses which will only make the area more attractive. Good place for the price
