Nuestra casa está situada en la parte frontal de la Asociación Floradale. Literalmente pasos de la piscina climatizada con tobogán. Muy práctico para todos, pero especialmente si usted tiene niños en su grupo. También tiene acceso a la Casa Club, tejo, bola Tether, Horse Shoes, pistas de tenis y de baloncesto, así como 400 pies de asociación frente a la playa privada y nuestra hoja de barco sin cargo extra.

Nuestra casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 con camas de matrimonio y 1 con 2 juegos de literas. La sala tiene una cama Queen y un gemelo Sleeper. Hay 2 baños, uno con ducha sólo, el otro un baño completo con bañera. También hay una gran cocina totalmente equipada, y amplio comedor. La casa también tiene una gran terraza y un patio grande y con muebles de jardín, una parrilla al aire libre, y el pozo de fuego privada.

Recientemente hemos renovado la casa y se ve increíble. Todo nuevo Windows, cubierta y exterior, así como 2 unidades de aire y calor! Esta casa no te defraudará.

Sabemos que nuestros inquilinos están pagando una buena cantidad para permanecer en nuestras propiedades y tomar eso muy en serio. También nos tomamos muy en serio los que escribieron para nosotros y trabajamos para que todos los huéspedes estén contentos y cómodos. Nuestros números de teléfono y correos electrónicos están publicados en esta lista y siempre han estado disponibles en nuestras casas de campo. Esperamos que si hay algún problema, inquietud o pregunta, nuestros inquilinos nos informen sobre ellos de inmediato para que podamos garantizarle unas excelentes vacaciones.

Los reembolsos de depósito se envían por cheque en las 2 semanas posteriores a su estadía. Esto da tiempo para que nuestro personal de limpieza se comunique con nosotros y para que se realice la entrega del correo.

A pocos kilómetros de distancia se encuentra las dunas del parque estatal, donde se puede andar por la arena o caminar. También, usted puede tomar un paseo de dunas de Mac maderas o alquilar un buggy al traste con las dunas de ti mismo. The cottage could use some updates. The refrigerator seal isn’t complete. The bed mattresses caused lots of sore backs for our family members. The microwave was missing the glass plate for the turntable.

This is an ideal location for a family, especially if you have little ones. The pool is 50 yards away, Silver Lake is 1/4 mile down the road, and the dunes are close too. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked.

What a wonderful weekend get away! Stayed with my parents and aunt. Came to see our grand daughter. Great location close to her in Muskegon but far enough away to have some fun in/around Silver Lake! Cottage was clean and well equipped with all of the necessities. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, owners were great. Just across the street (one block) from Silver Lake. Great fire pit. Even though the pool was closed for the winter, perfect location/proximity to the pool. We could see it from the living room. Definitely would go,back!

Great location next to pool & clubhouse. Tetherball, tennis courts, basketball court. Lots to do. We enjoyed shuffleboard and making smores by the firepit. House is so much larger than it appears from the outside, and (except for the squeeky top bunk), it is very quiet. Everyone had a great time.

This is the second time we have stayed in this amazing vacation cottage on Silver Lake. It is clean and inviting. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our week and even thought the weather wasn't great this location offered plenty of things for us to do. Pictures don't do it justice. Love it! The owners went out of their way!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Dune Daze cottage. Had everything we needed. So many fun activities for all of us to do in the community. The pool was great. Short drive to the Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan.

Great cottage, the nicest we have rented! Right next to the pool is a big plus for kids. The only thing that would have made it better would be a boat lift at the dock.

It was a great 4 day extended weekend vacation. The pool was nice and warm, heated, and super close to this property. Half mile from the public boat access and only a few miles from some great shops and dinner options. Overall everything was awesome and the owners checked in with us a few times. No complaints.

We had such an amazing stay. We’ve been coming up to this area for years and needed a bigger cottage with two baths. We were right next to the pool, great yard to play in, awesome views, decks and patio spaces and a short walk to lake. Beach decor, washer/dryer and dishwasher all mad this trip convenient too.... Beds were comfortable and bedding was cute. This cottage is a gem.

Our families enjoyed a great Labor Day week end at Dune Daze with all the conveniences of home. The pool is a nice addition and safe for small children. We enjoyed eating outside and an evening fire. We would recommend this property to our friends in the future. The property manager communicated with us making sure everything was in good working condition.

We just completed a week's stay at Dune Daze and what a perfect week we enjoyed. We found the house very well equipped (we were impressed) and in great condition. The deck is beautiful and shaded in the afternoon. The heated pool is much larger than pictures and is just a few steps from the deck. This made Dune Daze ideal for our family and two small grandchildren. The clubhouse is also very nice and there is plenty for kids/families to enjoy. We also loved the fire pit on the north side of the house. We did use bottled water to drink and to prepare meals but we knew the water was well water before arriving so it was no problem at all. We give our highest recommendation on this property for families and small children. With the three bedrooms and two full baths we had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. We hope to return next year!

You can’t ask for a more perfect location in the Floradale resort community! Located next to the pool, shuffle board and tetherball, there is always something fun to do just steps out the back door. I also love the numerous gathering areas this cabin provides, both in and outside the house. Our property owner was very communicative about our check in and inquiries and even checked in with us after a quick storm blew through the area to be sure there were no problems. We had an excellent week!

We rented two places in the Floradale group for a family vacation, and Dune Daze was wonderful. It was as pictured, clean, nicely decorated, and we loved the patio overlooking the pool. The only thing I would note is that the water was perfectly safe but quite smelly with mineral content such that showers smelled badly and we did not use it for drinking.

I booked the cottage and paid everything in full on March 3rd . I received a email from the property owner on May 23 that she was awaiting another payment of $600.00 and that it was overdue! Contacted property owner explained that I paid in full and she still insisted I still owed. So I contacted vrbo, they were even more clueless and I couldn't understand the broken version of English they were speaking. After missing a half day of work and listening to everyone go back and forth, finally the property owner calls me and tells me she made the mistake and didn't realize the security deposit gets deposited in a escrow account, not her account. So she sent a 600 payment request to VRBO, AND THEY PUT IT THROUGH!!! Making me responsible for the money I already paid. How does vrbo allow payments to be added after total payment has been made? Should I still be responsible for the processing fees when I had to miss work to fix the mix up that vrbo was responsible for?The house could've been a little cleaner upon arrival. The location was great. Right beside the pool and clubhouse, walking distance to the private beach area that overlooked the dunes. Short drive to ORV dune area. Plenty of parking for trailer. Really nice vacation spot if you don't mind what it takes to get there😤.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and was a wonderful place to stay. Our grandchildren loved the swimming pool and it was so nice and close for us! We hope to stay again!
