“Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

“Spent the weekend here with the family and had a great time! The cottage is clean, cozy, and right on Lake Dunlap. It’s peaceful but still close to New Braunfels and Gruene.We grilled burgers by the water, went swimming, and did some fishing right off the property. The kitchen’s well-stocked, the beds are comfy, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing.Great spot for a low-key family getaway—would definitely come back!”

“We loved staying at River Staycation!!! It was so nice and peaceful there! There was even a very friendly duck named Oreo, that would visit us everyday down by the water! He loves watermelon! The Host was great! She text making sure we had everything we needed. You don't need to bring anything but your food! The house was so clean and cozy. The bed was comfy. My kids loved the upstairs loft. We will definitely be back!”
