“A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities. Some older details need work like the shower faucet.
