This place is great! We loved everything about it...except for the issue that we had with the stove.
The good:
Super cute place being decorated the way that it is. Beach/River theme and the place was very clean and stocked well
The location- it's outside of town in a campground with seasonal/long term campers. This is the first unit on the property and it was very appealing when pulling up. Cute lawn, a fire pit, grill, and a very nice patio area with some furniture. Rope lights surround the underside of the roof over the patio giving plenty of light at night to hang out and enjoy the evening weather! And it is close to Marquette. Right around the bluff in fact! So everything is close by that you would likely want to do in the area! Bloody Run, Yellow River Forest, Pikes Peak, etc all very close by.
The listing says 3 bedroom - which is not exactly accurate. This unit has a bedroom on the main level and a loft overlooking the main kitchen/dining/living area. Would be a great place for little kids to hang out/sleep, but adults would not be able to realistically hang out in this area - I suppose sleeping wouldn't be too terrible...just don't sit up in bed in the middle of the night.
The issue (and the reason for 4 stars vs 5)
My wife had started the burner on the stove (it is a gas unit) and after about a minute or so and the stove "popped" and a fire ball burst from under the pot she was boiling water in. My wife had been hoping to use the oven while here for an event.
