Ubicado a pocos minutos al sur de la ciudad de Mccall. Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park, Mccall Golf Course, Brundage Mountain Ski Resort, justo al oeste de Jug Handle Golf Course, y al norte de Tamarack Resort. 




Esta magnífica cabina viene equipada con todo lo que necesita para relajarse y disfrutar de una escapada perfecta.

Relájese en los 4 acres privados de Brookdale Lodge con vistas prístinas de las majestuosas montañas de Salmon River y West Mountain Range.  Asar malvaviscos y hacer s'mores sobre la fogata, jugar al voleibol en su propia cancha de arena privada, asar al aire libre en su parrilla de propano o carbón de leña, y sumergirse en la belleza de los alrededores y ver las estrellas por la noche desde el calor privado. bañera en la cubierta grande.

En el interior, en el nivel principal, encontrará una cocina completamente equipada con encimeras de cuarzo (la segunda nevera se encuentra en el garaje), una gran sala de estar principal con una acogedora estufa de pellets, una gran televisión de pantalla plana con satélite, sonido envolvente y "inteligente" blueray reproductor de DVD.  El amplio dormitorio principal incluye una lujosa cama king-size de diseño y el baño principal tiene pisos embaldosados, mostradores de cuarzo, una ducha a ras de suelo, bañera de hidromasaje y un gran armario con vestidor. También hay dos dormitorios privados en la planta principal que tienen acceso a un baño completo.  Arriba, encontrará otra sala de estar / sala de televisión que es una habitación separada y excelente para ver televisión y para que jueguen los niños, ya que cuenta con un satélite Roku TV (smart TV) y una X-Box 360.  En el área de loft grande también hay una mesa de billar, sofás adicionales y una mesa de futbolín.  Por último, hay dos habitaciones familiares grandes; uno tiene una cama queen y dos camas gemelas sobre literas y el dormitorio más grande tiene 3 camas literas en la parte inferior y camas gemelas arriba.


A los huéspedes les encanta poder llevar sus juguetes y remolques sin tener que preocuparse por dónde estacionarlos o dar vuelta a los remolques grandes, ya que hay un amplio estacionamiento en el camino circular pavimentado y otras áreas designadas alrededor de la cabina.  Si te gusta el ciclismo de montaña o el golf, el Jug Handle Ranch ofrece senderos excepcionales y un increíble campo a solo 5 millas al este.  Brookdale Lodge está ubicado en el centro, a una corta distancia en automóvil de cuatro campos de golf locales y está ubicado a una corta distancia en automóvil del acceso a los senderos para motos de nieve, ATV y UTV. También se encuentra a medio camino entre el lago Payette (McCall) y el lago Cascade (Donnelly / Cascade / Tamarack).

A Fantastic Location to Gather with Friends!
My husband and a group of his high school friends have been getting together for a long weekend of golf and catching up for the last 25 years. They were all incredibly impressed with this cabin and location and said it was their favorite by far! I am sure the hot tub, volleyball court, foosball, ping pong, pool table, and fire pit had a lot to do with it along with the remote location where they could be a little loud! It was a great place from which to access the many golf courses around the area and to just hang out and catch up in.

Very comfortable stay
We stayed over Christmas and had a great time! Super clean. We all had comfortable beds. Very well stocked and organized kitchen and nice/good working order appliances. Loved the additional living space upstairs. The prop. management team was very responsive. Overall a great stay.

Fantastic family home
This was a family reunion. Everyone had a comfortable bed, plus a variety of options for activity. We spent our days on lakes and hikes. We were from three time zones, so having privacy was important in the mornings and evenings. Perfect abode!

Christmastime Stay
Property was clean, check-in/out processes were clear and easy. One of the two furnaces stopped working our first night, so it was very cold on one side of the house until a repairman came out on the morning of day 3. It was around zero degrees outside during our stay. The owner did respond quickly to this issue, but as you can imagine, it took a couple of days for the repairman to get there. Other than that one glitch, the place was as advertised and fit our needs perfectly.

Quiet Place Outside McCall
This is a great place for a family to stay. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and lots of room to spread out for a big family. Also lots of entertainment both at the house and around McCall. We enjoyed the quiet setting just outside McCall.

Great family vacation home
Spacious home for a family vacation, good bed arrangement. Very well equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer didn’t work all that well, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The garbage cans were completely full when we arrived but management responded quickly and the trash was picked up the next day. Just FYI, if you have little kids the dining room chairs tip over very easily. Overall a very good experience. Actually liked that it was a bit “out in the country”.

Fantastic house, great to all fit comfortably in one place!
I think my favorite thing about this property was the kids were never bored for one second! Three Littles ages 4 to 6, five pre teens 9-14, six 15 to 19’s and over four days not once did any of them get bored or wish for more to do. With pool table, ping pong, foosball, and hot tub, there was never a dull moment. We also brought a handful of yard games as there is ample space for all of that stuff. If I had one complaint it would be that there’s no grass, at all. Kind of wild grass, but not something you could take shoes off. If you fell to the ground, you had proof that you hit. But there was so much other stuff to do, we didn’t even break out most of the ‘other’ games we had brought. House stayed very cool during a hot summer. Hot tub got very hot which is nice as some places we have been to don’t seem to warm up very well. Plenty of space in the house to where 20+ people were not walking on each other. Plenty of parking for vehicles on the property. Overall a very well thought out house design and very well appointed items to use inside the kitchen (I don’t think we ever had a moment where we wished something was there that wasn’t). Close to town if you want to drive in for shopping or treats, etc. Lots of elbow room, no close neighbors. Great memories!

Great home for large gatherings
Booked for long weekend with kids and grand kids. Grand kids loved the pool table, foosball table and ping pong table. Not to mention the hot tub,!. Had a ping pong tournament, did some snow showing as well as plenty of room for our Snowmobiling trailer. Kitchen well equipped. Layout was perfect for 4 families. Will be back in the summer@

Winter Wonderland
Great place for our three family groups. Fourteen people Everything is there waiting to be used. Heat is on, knives are sharp, Sofas are comfortable. TV works well as does WiFi. Hot tub a nice extra even at eight below zero. My children all told me they really had a good time. Skiing at Brundage was a very nice extra also

Amazing Cabin!!
We brought our family together - kids and grandkids - over Labor Day weekend and stayed in Brookdale Lodge! The photos do not do it justice. This is a beautiful property and so much more spacious than I expected. We all had a wonderful time. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the features of the yard - volleyball, hot tub, deck area. The beds were comfortable and we loved the large gathering room where we all had room to sit and watch a movie. The house is close to everything we wanted to do. I can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Great for family groups
Super clean and comfortable...all the amenities and supplies we needed. The location is beautiful and quiet and the little kids could play in the sand for hours without worry of being on the lake. They loved it! They could try to plant actual grass, maybe but we didn’t care much. Locks on the bathroom doors and an extra hot water tank for the number of guests this sleeps seems very basic but we survived— 😜 We felt it was a great value in any case. Oh, as a safety note, they apparently can’t keep safety locks on the hot tub cover Without guests constantly breaking them, so if traveling with toddlers, consider a heavy object on top as a security. Overall, the family was ready to book it for next year without hesitation—-the space was perfect for our big group of 20! Neighbors are great as long as you respect the speed requests.
