“The parking lot is very spacious and the garbage is comfortable. Also, there was a Ruakaka stream in front of the garden, so it was good as a healing point. If there is a heat pump, it will be a recommended accommodation for four seasons that I really want to visit even in hot summer and cold winter.”

“Martin's place was absolutely lovely. Surrounded by farmlands, and beautiful native bush - while the place was newly renovated, with a lovely outdoor area + croquet course. Would highly recommend. Only a short drive to Waipu town + the beach. ”

“The stay was good but, the place could have done with a bit more cleaning and airing out. It smelt stale and there were cobwebs in the bedrooms. I fixed the back shower by screwing up the nut so the shower head would stay up. There was a need for better lighting in the kitchen so we replaced the missing light bulb with a bulb from the back bedroom. We left a note on the table for the owner.”
