“The property is definitely remote. The road to get there is pretty rough. The property is nice, food is good but for western English speaking travelers the customer service is noticeably poor and understood english is kind of one guy.”

“Pros: The property is close to the centre of Màtrafüred, where the restaurants are, and it is also close to the hiking trails. It has a pool (though it is a bit dated) a kitchen and dining area for guests to use, as well as a sauna and a nice back garden in the woods. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and the room was clean. Cons: The property is right next to the main road, so if you have a room that faces that side, it is very noisy. “My Last minute reservation had many supriseses for a 3*** hotel. Room was furnished with different kind of furniture. Electric cables were everywhere. Fridge was loud. Bathroom was not clear, shower gel was out from the shower cabin. Lightning was poor. Please check the photos. ”

“First thing first - this property cannot be the right one if visitor doesn't rent a car. You can come on a public transportation pretty close. It's where the cave bath. From there to get to the property you need to clime 500 metras in up hill. There's no groccery stores, no cafe or restaurants.
