“Apartment was clean, bright with comfortable beds. Great location for Berkshires visit, close to Tanglewood and all places fun. Only drawback for us (me and two college friends) was that we brought food for breakfasts and it’s not set up for eating in. No sink in the small kitchen so paper plates and plastic utensils are provided. Small but useful refrigerator. Only a microwave. Small coffee maker but Jodi nicely provided lots of coffee so we weren’t ornery in the morning! Brought in picnic food...

“Beautiful, quaint farmhouse in Williamsburg. Perfect for our family of 4 for a one night stay while passing through the area on a long drive. House was clean and just as advertised. Very comfortable beds! Would definitely recpmmend if in the area.”

“First, the property is so unique...it is hard to believe that we got all 12 of us to fit so comfortably. Everything is old and new: all the charm of an old farmhouse with all the modern conveniences for everyone to be comfortable. Brenda was fantastic, always promptly answering questions and providing information. “A very quaint and well appointed house in a lovely neighborhood.”

“Great price and value relative to hotel down in greenfield. The home was clean and beds were comfy. Loved we could bring our dogs to romp and hike with us on the expansive grounds. Hot tub was a plus as was ping pong table and tether ball. We couldn’t access the fire pit the first night as we planned because it was fenced in goat herd - Which was cool but a bit smelly in the night breeze with guard dog barking so had to shut the Windows.”

“A sweet little farm house perfect for a long weekend getaway. We love the lofty primary bed room and excellent mattress, exposed beams and well-supplied and modern kitchen. Great location between Lee and Lenox, made it easy to get all around the Berkshires. All the equipment and appliances m the house were clean and updated. Quiet neighborhood, lovely and large state forest right close by. ”
