“This stay was incredible from start to finish. Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc). “Rachael left us detailed instructions that were so helpful in making our stay smooth and easy. Once we set up the extra bed, there was plenty of room for our little family to sleep. We appreciated the snacks and coffee and the abundance of clean towels and sheets. Beautiful view of the Potomac river, which we enjoyed no end.”
