Disfrute de esta hermosa casa junto al mar. Frente al mar directa con deck de segundo piso privado fuera de los dormitorios y patio con vistas sobre el Atlántico azul brillante en la planta baja. De arriba a abajo renovación en 2015. Tres dormitorios en el segundo piso, dos baños completos, uno en cada planta, además de ducha privada al aire libre. Encimera de acero inoxidable de la línea de electrodomésticos, encimeras de granito, dos televisores de pantalla plana, sistema de sonido Bose, acceso inalámbrico y mucho más! Preciosa chimenea de piedra y conjunto de propiedades muy bien amueblado para su disfrute.

Ocean St. Brant Rock
Great spot almost right on the sea wall. East facing so unobstructed sunrises. Very homey place. Views of the water from just about every room. We’d rent this place again.

Outstanding stay!
The home is beautiful. Watching the sunrise and listening to the surf daily with a fire going made this a most wonderful time. Everything about the home is perfect. Lots of little things making it a home also provided. Would recommend this to anyone who loves the ocean!

April 2024 Family Getaway
I can't say enough about the incredible views from this cottage! We saw many varieties of shore birds, and seals in the water and on the rocks out in front of the cottage daily. The living room was a wonderful place for us all to gather, with plenty of places to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The cottage was clean and everything we needed was provided. Scott was prompt answering any queries and helpful when we wanted to stay longer. We ended up not doing much cooking while we were there since there were so many nice restaurants nearby, some within an easy 5 minute walk. The wi-fi was fast and easy to set up on our devices. Parking on the property was ample, and right by the front steps. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location made it easy to explore Plymouth and other local areas on the south shore. We had a wonderful time here with our son and his wife and hope to return again in the future.

Perfect Spring Break
This property is simply amazing. No complaints at all. Beautiful ocean front views, clean, well furnished and great location. Despite the rainy weather, the location was perfect for day trips to Plymouth, Provincetown, and Salem. We even saw seals sunning themselves on the rocks on our last day, which was of course sunny! Communication with Scott was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. This was our first time to the area, and we would love to come back. I would not hesitate to stay at Scott’s place again!

Amazing Views
Scott had wonderful communication before, during and after our stay. The location was perfect for us to get away. A little more remote with not as many places to eat/shop/visit, but with a decent drive we had good day trips to Plymouth, Boston, and Salem. The house was great with amazing views, and equipped with everything we needed during our visit. So great! Thank you for a spectacular stay, Scott!

Exceeded Expectations
This house is wonderful. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Each morning, we watched the sunrise over the ocean and counted seals in the bay. This will be a yearly destination.

Third time's a charm!
Our third stay in Scott's lovely home did not disappoint! We normally don't rent the same house twice as there are so many beautiful places out there but we can't help ourselves with this property! We feel like we're "home" when we pull into the driveway! We love walking in the surrounding neighborhood, dining in our favorite restaurants and just hanging at the house watching our boy Saul (I named a seal that I see everyday!). This home is so well maintained that we know there will be no surprises upon arrival! Scott, thank you for keeping the outdoor shower open! It was an added bonus to an already fantastic week! Already thinking about a return visit next year!

Paradise
The location of this home is superb, close enough to walk to town for shops and restaurants. The views from this home can’t be beat. The sunrises are beautiful. The seals are always frolicking out front. The balcony is a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the crashing surf. A little bit of heaven on earth.

Wonderful home in an amazing location!
Wonderful view, a gorgeous house with beautiful hardwood floors, tastefully decorated with a fireplace, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was peaceful and relaxing with the sound of the waves. There were multiple restaurants with fresh, delicious seafood, some within walking distance. We found this house a wonderful place to stay, whether stormy or sunny. Had a fantastic family vacation!
Everything about this place was perfect for us! Sat & drank coffee while watching the ocean, went to sleep to the sound of the waves & saw the seals sunning on the rocks. Be sure to take binoculars. Super quaint little town away from all the hustle & bustle but close enough to drive anywhere you want to go. Visited Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, Plymouth, Boston & Salem, ate way too much seafood & made some priceless family memories. Scott was fantastic & super responsive any time we had questions. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Home/Location Unique Experience
Loved this house. ..First, I'd like to say it was extremely clean. Very impressed. The town of Brant Rock is a little isolated, but I love that. Several restaurants are nearby (didn't try them, loved cooking in), and stores for food are not far. I love that there are interesting things to do within a 30 minute drive, and Boston is about an hour away. Excellent walks! Everything is comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Super nice appliances. Really enjoyed the fireplace, and just hanging out and enjoying the view, which is incredible. Saw a yellow moon. . .!!! And the last day there were 3 seals just hanging out sunning on the rocks at low tide. Bring binoculars. The stars were the most amazing I've seen anywhere. The only thing to know is that the bedrooms are small and there is a shared bathroom on the second floor. The other full bath is on the main floor. I definitely hope to visit this amazing home again. Classic New England
We spent a cold winter week in this cozy home. The fireplace came in very handy as storm blasted us with high winds and 14 degree temperatures. The sun rises over the ocean in the morning was absolutely amazing. The location on this South Shore home is perfectly placed for day trips to Boston and all the historic country side of Plymouth County. All the appliances are new and worked perfectly. The newly renovated home sits just feet away from the shore line where the kids spent hours of exploring the rocky ocean floor in low tide looking for treasures. Scott was pleasure and always available for anything. We would definitely recommend staying here. The Donahue Family

Home with stunning views
Hi Scott, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering your house in Brant Rock at what a lovely home you've made there for your guests. The house was spotlessly clean, nicely appointed and offered all the comforts of home . . . plus++++. Your location right on the ocean front didn't disappoint. I just happened to visit during a storm coming in from the North with super high tides (full moon), howling winds and rough pounding seas. It was a thrill. Once the storm passed, the surf and wind continued to be whipped up on the wild side. It was rugged stunning beauty at the dawning of each day with atmosphere, colors and reflections on the surf changing by the moment. I'm an artist and couldn't have asked for more. The fact that, at this time of year, there is no water/beach access directly in front of your house was not a detraction for me at all. But for anyone coming to stay here with kids, it might be. However, there are plenty of beaches nearby if one is interested in beach walking. Duxbury Beach Park (open to the public) is a beautiful and safe beach that kids will love even in the winter. Marshfield Town Beaches are all open during the winter and accessible. Maybe there are temporary beach stickers available for town beaches during the summer for vacationers. (?) Something to check out. Just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues. You'll have to be able to navigate 15 steps up to get into the house. The Brant Rock Market is a short drive away. I liked the neighborhood vibe and the fact that they offer some locally crafted goods and have a deli where you can get sandwiches and the stuff to take out. Within walking distance from the house is the Fairview Restaurant and just a bit further down the road are other "local" restaurants to check out. Brant Rock has some interesting history to its name too, including The Brant Rock Tower and the The First Transatlantic Telephonic Transmission. I'd recommend this place to friends in an instant. Thanks Scott an aside: Scott, there was one thing that bothered me though. There was an industrial smell of some sort in the kitchen. I have a feeling it might be the polish/solvent used to clean the stainless steel appliances. Not sure though but it didn't diminish over the time of my visit. I lit some candles to try to cover it up. It's a minor point but it was notable.

Nephew's Wedding
We had such a great time in Brant Rock. I didn't realize that it was a little sea side town when I booked the house so that was a nice surprise. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The views of the ocean were amazing. We had breakfast a couple of times at the Brant Rock Hop which was delicious and their service was great. Communicating with Scott was easy and he was very helpful when I needed to contact him. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Scott !

Three stays, three great vacations
This was our third stay, and the property was just as nice as the first time. The house is well stocked and super clean, the neighborhood is quiet and full of nice folks, and you can't beat watching seals playing, bottling, and sunning themselves right outside your windows. We love this place.
