There is no front desk, contrary to what is advertised. It seems like there has been a change of ownership or management as there was not the warm and supportive welcome that other reviews report. The communication was confusing, and frankly appalling.
When got there my documents were demanded by a woman who hardly spoke a word of English, she was just there to let me in and give me the keys. She then demanded payment. After trying to explain and providing a receipt to prove see then put me on to someone who I assume is the current manager. She wanted a photo of my receipt sent to her. She laughed about the woman on reception who had no English.
I also had to request a voucher for breakfast as that had not been mentioned. She initially denied breakfast was part of the deal, but later arranged for vouchers to cover my stay.
The room itself was good and comfortable, though it is essentially a bed, sink and shower.
It is well serviced each day.
The people from the other rooms seemed to all be business men. Which might suggest they have changed their focus, but not their advertising.
