“It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍 ”

“This is a lovely little cabin. Perfect for a couple of nights away. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a bit small and low to sit on, but 2 collapsible chairs are provided. The cover and cushions to the sofa smelt of dog and could do with a wash. The water was cold as the gas had run out but Harry was great and came straight over to fit a new canister for us. Over all, its a lovely place and I'd definitely stay there again.”

“Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.”

“We had a lovely stay, the property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location for us was great, if you like walking then highly recommend. Within 40 minutes drive there is a large number of places to visit and the village has everything you need. Pub within a couple of minutes walk as well as shops for supplies. Kücheneinrichtung perfekt; Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern etwas knapp. Parkplatz für 2 Autos vor der Tür. Hübscher Garten. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Pub nebenan. Sofort Tisch für 7 Personen organisiert und vorzüglich gegessen. WLan hat funktioniert. Wahrscheinlich neuer Router. ”
