We were very impressed with the way the place was stocked and ready to be used. Any gadget and utensil you could ask for was there waiting. Even a virtually complete spice rack and coffee bar-type setup, consisting of a Keurig coffee maker and full K-Cup rack! We essentially only had to buy what groceries we needed for the week, which was nice. And the Piggly Wiggly is only about 1.5 miles away. The adventure shed was appreciated and put to good use, although the bike tires were flat. We took the 2 bikes we used to the gas station next to Piggly Wiggly to air up, which cost a rather steep (in my opinion) $2 for the air pump. A minor inconvenience, at worst.
Overall, the area seems to be very quiet with virtually no touristy activities in the general area, which was a nice reprieve for us from the typical family vacation. We will keep this on our radar for future getaways!
