“What can I say, this place was darn near perfect! The location makes this place feel so secluded. Even though there's another house close, the trees screen it so well. The neighbors were very quiet too. The lake itself was so peaceful. We were able to kayak all around the lake without worrying about boat traffic. Plenty of wildlife all around. “Very nice property with an easy 1-2 minute walk to the water. Plenty of parking, most kitchen needs/accessory’s (no coffee grinder but there was a small chopper upstairs that substituted), also had a need for a first aid kit but none found so might want to bring one along. If you are at all picky about your pillows, you might want to bring your own as well. The house was clean but certain details were overlooked (dusty lamps, dust and dirt under couches/beds). “Can’t call it a river cabin, because it’s far too nice for that! This is a beautiful, spacious totally finished house on the Tobacco River between Clare and Farwell, MI. Every need for their guests is anticipated and taken care of. Beautiful kitchen, island bar, comfy couches in the great room. Outdoor deck and table overlooking the fast moving (shallow) river.
