“The town of Lund is very small with few shops and restaurant options. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat with great views, staying in the Lund Hotel is a nice option. Pollen Sweaters and Nancy’s Bakery are a short walk away. For boaters getting work done at Jack’s Boatyard it’s less than a mile away and a pleasant walk. “This place’s view was stunning. The cabin is exactly as pictured and cozy. The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. This place is worth the drive and the hosts who live on site were accommodating but also gave you space. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Powell river area”

“Although an older hotel, room was spotless. One of the beds in 206 was nice and firm. Recommend paying extra for an ocean view room. Well worth it. More light and view is amazing. Does get quite stinky when low tide but if you keep door closed fine inside. I’d stay here again. Excellent value”
