Este maravilloso y extremadamente privada, 4 dormitorios / 2 baños casa con la costumbre de piscina climatizada y spa está situado a tan sólo 13 minutos del Océano Atlántico en la zona de Pompano Beach, cerca de Coral Springs y Coconut Creek.

La propiedad ofrece 2.250 sq. Ft. Bajo aire y 3800 patio trasero totalmente cercado con toda la parte trasera de la casa con vistas a la piscina climatizada, jacuzzi, personalizada y palmeras. Disfrutar de los muchos servicios que incluyen una cocina equipada, lavadero totalmente actualizada, tres - coche camino privado, Wi-Fi, llamadas locales gratuitas, y equipo de playa.

El salón es muy amplio y ofrece dos sofás de cuero, un sofá contemporáneo de tela, dos sillones, cuatro mesas de centro y televisión LCD de 52 ". Kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishware. Fully meets the description of the property in reality and is an exceptional venue for vacationing. My very busy cousins live in the neighborhood and we finally got to spend some time catching up and dining at the property.

A mixed bag
This property is great. VERY clean, lovely looking, mostly private (sans 1 busy road nearby) and new updated appliances including heated toilets! BUT the heated pool spa was broken during our cloudy cool weather December stay. It took days of texting with property manager for them to understand the system was not working (and for them to stop giving us incorrect directions that kept turning off the heated pool as well and circulating cold water). The owner himself finally came to look on Christmas which was very nice, but also, Christmas. Of course, the problem was real, the spa system was broken and could not be resolved during our stay. I expected the owners to offer some portion of refund when it could not be fixed. Instead, I had to ask for it and they seemed insulted that I would and so far, did not give it. This removed a second star. When you advertise in the title for a heated pool and spa, and it doesn't work for our entire stay, some refund should have been automatic. I am not a fan of debating this or arguing over money especially in a situation like this when it should have been a given. Owners cannot always control something breaking during a short-term rental, but they can control how they acknowledge it to the renter whose vacation was booked based on the promise of having a heated pool and spa.

Beautiful house. Upgraded electrical products especially in the bathroom. Inside very clean and nice separate rooms. As we are new to Vrbo they were missing a few things. Like garbage bags but our fault for not contacting the owner.

Relaxing
Very nice property with a beautiful backyard. Very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. Everything you needed as far as amenities. Pool and spa were exceptional. Very nice location. Close to a lot of stores, restaurants and casino. Closest beach was about 25-30 minutes away. Had a few issues with the heating of the pool and spa but the owners fix that promptly. Mostly what we were doing wrong. If I had anything to add as far as a constructive criticism it would be that there were better instructions on how to control the spa. Would definitely stay here again for sure. It was only my wife and I but would love to bring the rest of our family some day. Plenty of space.

Last Minute Fun Vacation
Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts about 5 minutes away. The kitchen was very nice with everything you'd need, including what appear to be updated appliances. Quibbles: I had to have the hot tub controls explained to me. Alex did a good job doing so over the phone, but it would be nice if it would have been posted in the house somewhere. Also, because we registered too late, we could not get the pool heated in time for arrival. Make sure to let them know in advance if you will be using the pool. Given that I registered for this place the day before arrival, the owners did a wonderful job of getting it ready for us. That was super-excellent. The place has what we wanted, so we had an excellent stay.

A Tropical Paradise Indeed!
We had a fabulous time at this VRBO house. We were very impressed with the level of care and thoughtfulness put into preparing this property. It is in very good condition, with all the high end amenities a family would need. We especially enjoyed the back yard with the heated pool and spa, lots of space in the sun, or in the shade - the awnings are a nice touch. The owner replied to my queries promptly, and helped to accommodate our unexpected change of plans when we first booked. The maintenance manager was very helpful and answered my few queries promptly, and solved any issues , which were minor, quickly. Our family had a wonderful time!

potential for 5 star but not there yet
Pool and spa were great once I figured out how the heater worked. Took a full day to figure out because instructions were missing pages and wrong (i did talk to the manager and they said :"just push the spa button" that was not the answer. Beds were the real issue, cheapest mattress available and the comforters were junk. For the price they should have better instructions for the pool and the beds should be better. I'm only 38 and my shoulders and neck were all screwed up from that bed. Side note I didn't bring a pet but there was black dog hair all over.

This property is amazing!! The whole house is beautiful and you’ll have everything you need to make a Fantastic dinner with dessert too! My recent stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of a dream come true. Nestled in a serene location, this stunning rental boasted an extraordinary resort-style pool that left me in awe. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for an unforgettable experience. Upon entering the property, I was immediately struck by its pristine cleanliness. The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining their space, and it showed in every detail. The interiors were immaculate, and the decor was tasteful and modern. The entire property exuded a sense of freshness and comfort. However, it was the pool area that stole the show. The resort-style pool was nothing short of spectacular. Surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers, it truly felt like a private oasis. The pool was not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally well-maintained. Crystal clear waters beckoned for a refreshing swim, and the poolside was immaculately clean. It was clear that the hosts went the extra mile to ensure that guests could enjoy this aquatic paradise to the fullest. One of the highlights of my stay was the tranquil ambiance. The property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. I spent hours lounging by the pool, sipping on cocktails, and soaking up the sun. 5 Star Resort Home
This home exceeds its advertising. The host is super attentive. Communication is easy and excellent. This home and property were very clean. The home is roomier than we expected. This home is totally equipped with everything you need to live daily life in and to vacation from. By far the best equipped home we've ever stayed at. Landscaping is awesome and at a 5 star resort quality. The home is totally ammenitized and newly remodeled. The cascading waterfall is relaxing to hear as you work or relax in the home or by the pool. The rear patio is fully furnished with a large table for dining, a sofa and love seat area and a chase lounge area for sunning. Awnings provide extra shade for the table and sofa area. The sunsets seen through the rear yard palm trees are awesome. This home and our experience with the house and the host was a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Warm week at this oasis
It was fantastic. The pool, hot tub and patio gave us exactly what we needed for a week of warm escape from the bortheast. The outside is nicer than the pics, if you can imagine, as the pics are great! And the inside was perfect for our two families of 4. TVs in each room and new and fresh furnishings. It was also a great home base in between the beach and the everglades. Finally, the few questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!

Das Haus ist in einer guten Lage mit überwiegend Einfamilienhäusern, ansonsten wie inseriert. Beeindruckend ist der Aussenbereich mit dem grossen Pool und vielen Palmen. Restaurants sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Der Eigentümer / Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Wonderful
The house was lovely and it was close to everything you'd need. It was a quick drive to the beach. The highlight of the house is the pool, it was larger then expected. It was however very slippery by the back door. The kids fell a couple times and my wife fell hard the first night. The door mat at the backdoor just holds water so even if your feet are dry they won't be when you step inside. Outside of that we had a great time staying there. The pictures do not due the house justice. It looks even better in person.
