Access issues refund receipts requires positive 5 star or no review
We drove approximately 6 hours each way with two young children to unwind and relax. Day 1 entry issues - QR code provided was supposed to work Friday through Sunday but not working. The boom opened and shut immediately not allowing enough time for a car to pass. We called the number at the gate and the phone was dropped in our ear 3 times saying it's the owners problem. We got hold of the property manager eventually. They explained they were away and somewhere with bad reception.We tried standing in front of the sensor to keep it open and it didn't work. It would have damaged any vehicle or person who moved closer and attempted to go through. The fob to use the pedestrian gate is waiting for you inside the apartment, so there is *NO* way in if the QR code doesn't work. Another resident hanging over the balcony of block B accosted me with my children as we walked in.This was very upsetting and disappointing. I put it down to them enjoy one too many wines...All was reported to property management. We were instructed to go to the office 8:30am if there were still access issues. Day twoNo staff available in the office at 8:30am Access issues again. We opted to leave since it was cutting into our vacation time and we felt unwelcome. There was no follow up the next morning with a new QR code. We also sent a video of the issues with the gate to help management understanding the issue. We left in less than 24 hoursBest suited for 55 or adults only
