Lakefront Paradise
We booked this trip to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th birthday and without question this was one of the most amazing houses we have ever stayed in for a vacation. The location is incredible and we enjoyed every inch of the house from the back porch, the star gazing pad up on the roof and down at the dock in the water. The dock allowed us to have our boats tied up overnight and we were able to also swim down by them too. Overall such a fun time and the house not only had everything it said it would, but more than we even expected. The house slept all 10 of us comfortably and everything was so clean and organized. Without a doubt we will be back for another stay! Thank you Dan & Stacy for hosting us.

Great Property
We had a group of 7 come stay here for a week for my wife’s birthday and the 4th. The house was perfectly sized for us; we didn’t feel cramped at all. The house itself is really nice and recently built and had everything we needed. It’s secluded and quiet and was relaxing for our group and we’d probably stay here again in the future. Only 2 minor nitpicks for our stay: I’m not sure the pictures show just how far down the dock is from the house. It’s not long, just down quite a bit from the house, so lots of stairs. Second, we were excited to watch the fireworks from the 4th from the balcony on top of the house, but opening the door from the second floor we were met with a nest of spiders and tons of webs. Would have been nice to have that cleaned up before we arrived. The interior of the home was spotless however. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was absolutely breathtaking! The tranquility was much appreciated ; Stepping out onto the dock to fish or simply lounging on the balcony was an incredible experience. The house is beautifully adorned with vibrant flowers, creating a stunning atmosphere. It was so clean and very well stocked for family festivities. Thank you for hosting us!

Family of 3 getaway
The house was clean and beautiful. And the neighborhood and location were nice. The owners were extremely knowledgeable and communicated well during our stay. The sunsets were amazing and access to a personal dock was great. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5 star review was some misleading information in the description. This house is listed as a place to spread out and relax with plenty of space between you and the neighbors. While there was plenty of space between us and the neighbors, we were not made aware until after we booked that there is a tenant a few yards away on the property. And she made her presence known. Without notice she would be at the front of the house watering the plant's about 7:30 to 7:45AM. The front doors and windows are floor to ceiling and with someone walking around it was very visible to our dogs there was a stranger there and they would start to bark. We tried to close the blinds completely but it was still noticeable to them. So waking up early every morning to our dogs barking at someone in the window was not great. She also showed up in the evening as well, unannounced to check on the plants. When we were BBQ-ing in the back patio one afternoon we were surprised to see about 5 ladies walking on the property passed us to go to the tenants house. Which of course freaked out our dogs as well as ourselves. With the tenant coming and going as they pleased we didnt really feel we had the privacy and relaxation as adadvertised.

This house is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s decorated beautiful! Has everything you possibly need. It is spotless! Great location! Has a lot to offer for any outdoor activity. Your own dock…for your boat. A very quiet and peaceful location. My family and friends that came by to visit are eager to vacation here. We will definitely come back!!! Our host Dan was amazing!!!

This home is incredible! The nicest VRBO home we have ever stayed in. All the amenities are top of the line and the location is so peaceful. Communications with the owners was clear, timely, and they have alot of great suggestions of things to do around the area. Would highly recommend!!

This place is great
Came here for a family get together and was not disappointed. Home is beautiful, equipped with so many modern amenities. The view of the lake and countryside surely emphasizes that Texas is God's Country. Hats off to the owner, like I said in the title This place is great.

Awesome getaway place excellent house very modern.
We had three young families stay here. Plenty of rooms the best beds for sleeping. Has great kitchen and outdoor kitchen for grilling. We had six kiddos with us and had been staying at LBJ but lake has been too crowded for our families this lake was wide open. Boat dock is in great shape left boat in water for the whole trip no problems.

Fabulous place for a family gathering
We were 5 adults and 2 children (9 and 11). Hands down the best house rental we have yet to experience. The house is much better than the description. The huge kitchen is great for community cooking. It's supplied with every gadget you can imagine from Vitamix blender, multiple cutting boards, lemon juicer, and just about everything you'll need to make your foodie meals. Oh...every knife was very sharp. Great views from all room. Dish and laundry detergent. Hand pump-soaps for every sink. Great bed and bath linens. There is so much more that I'm not listing (night lights everywhere, huge ice maker on the terrace, great gas grill, blue tooth speakers.....). Clearly the owners have made a commitment to give their guests a 5 star experience. They have thought about every little detail. Thank you Dan and Stacy for a very memorable 8 days.

High expectations met!
It is not often you find a place with only 5 star reviews. This lived up to it. Excellent house, excellent hosts, great lake access with a friendly cove for swimming / paddling + we caught a good amount of small mouth bass and some catfish. 5 stars from me as well.

The perfect quick getaway
We were looking to just get away for a few days, bringing our two old pups and a couple friends. This was the perfect situation. The house was everything described and more. It's a beautiful home! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and plenty of helpful information about the what to do and how. When we needed info on how to purchase some bait, the owners were quick with a response and even left us a bait bucket. We enjoyed a quiet weekend as it was just before the start of the busy summer season. Watching sunsets from the rooftop (we even caught the eclipse) was peaceful and lovely. Waking up to the sounds of birds and waves was just the recharge we all needed. The outdoor cooking situation proved to be more than enough for our nightly dinners. I can't recommend this property enough. We look forward to returning.

Great place!
Came for the lake and the property. Will be back to watch the birds. The property is awesome. Clean, well maintained and easy to get to. What was not mentioned was all the birds! Painted buntings, herons all over.
