Family Christmas
Hosted our family Christmas. Plenty of room for all of us, kitchen had everything we needed, and location was beautiful on the river. We had a great time!

Girl’s trip
So many doors unlocked when we arrived. Some hard to lock where we felt secure. Glassware needed washing. Lighting in all rooms not good especially downstairs. Downstairs bedroom hard to cool. Need to indicate in listing there is a narrow spiral stepcase to get downstairs from upstairs. Great location to town. Nice view and patio.

Great Location
Nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Property is as shown in listing. Lots of stairs inside and outside to navigate. We used a gate in one of the closets and rigged it with bungee cords to keep the 3 year old away from the spiral staircase. Bedroom furniture very comfortable. Beautiful outside area. No pool umbrella. Triple digits during our stay so we really couldn’t enjoy the outdoors. Gas grill didn’t work. Downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling fan and only one lamp. We found a fan which helped with air flow in the room. View of lake from upstairs is beautiful. Living room furniture not very comfortable. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor furniture more which was very comfortable. Games were provided and very nice game room downstairs.

Easy to find. Good location. A little tlc help around the pool area. Pictures on the site show hammocks. None at place. Bring ice. Also bring any Tupperware for leftovers and no keurig so bring regular coffee. No pool floats or anything so bring your own.

Really enjoyed this home, very clean and large bedrooms with comfy beds, great view and deck area, only inconvenience was no ice maker or Keurig maker but would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!!
Loved the layout of the house, the pool, and even the interior decorations! It was such a cute little house, perfect for our bachelorette festivities. I would say the only thing that wasn't favorable was the entrance to the driveway. It isn't low car friendly. I drive a camaro and the lip at the entrance scraped the bottom of my car and I ended up having to park on the street. Also, the kitchen sink somehow clogged even though we didn't really put much down the drain and also tried to use the garbage disposal. When we messaged the house manager, she said they would send someone over the next day, but no one ever came. We couldn't properly clean when we left because the sink was full of dirty water. Besides those two things, we loved the house and would love to book here again!

The home is beautiful. The location is perfect. We had a wonderful family getaway here. This home is stocked with everything you need! Both the house and outdoor areas including the pool are very clean and well maintained. We can’t wait to go back!

Very cool place to stay!
This place was incredible, but we had some issues with the check in time being pushed back. That caused us to drive around for another hour which was not fun. I asked the company to extend an hour and they said they couldn’t. Not a very good experience customer service wise.

Marble Falls relaxation.
The property was easy to access and was very clean for our arrival. The property was very close to restaurants and the downtown area. We utilized the pool area for the first day and found ourselves enjoying the view from the balcony in the evenings. We used the gas grill for three of our meals. Our daughters enjoyed napping on the hammocks in the afternoon. The only issue was that construction crews showed up Saturday morning and Sunday morning to work on the house next door. While we did not have any issues with them, it just made it a little more uncomfortable by the pool for our daughters. Looking to return next year in June!

Neat House
The house was really great! The pool area had a great view. Bring some chairs to sit in because the ones that are there are quite uncomfortable. The construction next door was a problem. They were tearing up concrete when we were there with a bobcat and Jack hammer. Incredibly loud, tons of exhaust. Thankfully they didn’t work Saturday or Sunday and only Monday was a problem. There is no privacy at all if they are working when at the pool. The kitchen was great. Air conditioners worked well. Comfortable beds. It was very clean. The best part was the hammocks hanging outside of the bedrooms.

Disappointing Trip
I will start with the positives. The pool and deck are very nice. The biggest negatives were: 1. One bathroom for a property that size is unacceptable. 2. The A/C does not work at all downstairs (other than a lame little wall unit) and it is questionable at best upstairs. 3. None of the furniture is comfortable...from the living room to the dining table to the beds. We would never go back to this property or recommend it. Overpriced and underdelivered.

The View & Pool was great
This is a good property for a younger couple. The pool was great and the rooms were clean. Great view and the hammocks were awesome! However, I would not stay here again with kids and pets. The yard is not fenced in and the inside stairs are not kid friendly or pet friendly. We had to use the front stairs to take dogs out. Also, the one bathroom is not big enough for 6 people. Another big downside is the AC system. During the mid-day heat, the AC system does not work well. It takes forever to cool down. Also, the systems are set to 78 when you arrive and takes awhile to cool down. I would suggest the management team to put in digital thermostats so they can be turned down before guest arrive. I did read bad reviews due to construction but to be honest they were not very loud and they did not work on the weekend we were there. Overall good experience but would not visit again with the whole family.

The property was exactly what we were looking for, and they even had a few appliances and other items you typically will not see in other rental properties. Very nice overall, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a place to stay on LBJ.

Great short vacation getaway
An awesome location. The house was clean, and my kids had a great time in the pool. Please be careful on the driveway if driving a sedan. I bottomed out when first arriving and then parked on the street from then on (plenty of space).

Loud Construction next door
I was super unhappy to discover LOUD construction going on right next door (like 15 ft away). The management team should make guests aware before arrival. I spoke with them and they said they “cannot control what goes on next door so wouldn’t let us cancel/reschedule”. Most VRBO properties will let guests know about something like this prior to arrival and let guests decide if it will be a problem. There was loud banging all day (even on Sunday) and construction workers watching us in the pool (I have pictures). Definitely not the relaxing time I had hoped for. Also, there is only the tight and steep circular stairs inside the house which is very difficult for young children to navigate. Overall not a family friendly property if you have young children. It was a really poor experience all around.
