Multi-generational Family Getaway
We had the most incredible experience with our daughter, son-in-law, three grandchildren, and my parents to celebrate our granddaughter's 9th Birthday and my 59th. All she wanted for her birthday was a fishing trip to the lake. Our hosts Ashley and Dan checked in on us frequently. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking great meals. Thank you immensely for helping us create cherished memories we will never forget. We highly recommend this incredible property!

Lovely Property to Relax and Enjoy Some Down Time
This property was awesome. I arrived to find a greeting party of about 10 deer on the driveway, such a lovely sight. This is a very spacious house, clean and well equipped. Each bedroom had extremely comfortable bed with nice linens and each had dedicated bathroom which is hard to come by. The patio is where we spent the majority of our time. The pool and hot tub were clean and we had great fun in the water, there is also lots of seating for bigger groups. The fenced yard meant we never had to worry about our fur babies who enjoyed every minute of their stay and we weren't having to constantly check on them. (This is a huge plus while on vacation). There was also plenty to do near by, we enjoyed a local wine tasting but there will be no need to leave the property if you want to just chill out. Our host Dan was very amenable and answered any questions I had immediately. Sweet Summer Cove leaves nothing lacking. Thanks Dan.

First time...
Let me explain, the purpose for this trip was to take my pontoon out this season. Our lake near home is too low. Without too much detail about that, finding this beautiful home was a treasure. You will find this home to be large enough to accommodate 12-14 comfortably or simply a small family of 4, like mine. The home is kept immaculate as well as tastefully decorated. You will notice the great quality of bed linens, towels and throw pillows. Our four legged family members (2) were graciously welcomed and very comfortable. The kitchen was incredible! You will need nothing. Everything was thought of for your comfort, down to the simplest detail. Hexclad?! Are you serious? Only the finest cookware out there! Outside did not disappoint. We didn't get to grill, but nice to know it was available. We asked for the pool to be heated, and it was to the perfect temperature. There is a fire pit outside, with comfortable chairs and nicely stocked firewood. So nice for an evening fire to watch the stars. And the biggest reason for going, the boat. There is a private boat launch for the subdivision that is easily accessible. It was really nice to be able to just walk outside, down the steps and onto the boat. Communication was quick and responsive, even during the evening hours. We wished we could've stayed another night. This home is STELLAR! You will not be disappointed! They strive for a 5 star stay, I would give 10 if I could. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Would stay again. Fun family time with same comforts as home - smoke space, able to bring fur babies, plus water play and peaceful walks in the quiet, safe neighborhood. Love the giant washer and dryer. Owners are very communicative, attentive, mindful, and intentional about providing a comfortable home away from home.

Wonderful lake house!
What a fantastic place to spend time with friends. We loved the house and its location. It was so well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook and have a great time. It was perfect for 3 couples since everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. You could accommodate many more people by utilizing all the beds if needed. We loved that we could bring our two labs with us, too. We plan to stay here again!!!

End of summer family getaway & Mother/Son trip
Our family enjoyed a few days of peace and relaxation together to end our summer before school begins. It was perfect. The home was fully stocked with quality supplies, comfortable beds and furniture. It was cozy, clean and beautiful. Everything exceeded our expectations. The last two days we transitioned to a mother and son weekend and the fun continued. Our group enjoyed the pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and activities offered. We enjoyed walking the beautiful hills and loved seeing deer and ostrich. The setup is perfect for gatherings of family and friends.

Everything was just perfect.from morning walks with the dogs to jumping in the lake. Definitely be back next year. Backyard was amazing the pool was amazing. Our stay at this Lake LBJ was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the lake and surrounding landscape. The house itself was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and charm. The highlight for us was definitely the pool - a refreshing oasis where we spent many relaxing hours, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The pool area was well-maintained and provided plenty of space for lounging and enjoying meals outdoors. Inside, the house was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, and the bedrooms were cozy retreats after a day of lake activities. Speaking of activities, this location is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts. We took full advantage of the lake access, spending our days kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing. The kids particularly loved exploring the area and discovering new adventures around every corner. Indoors there numerous activities, such as shuffle board, pool, and foosball. The property owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, our time at this on Lake LBJ exceeded all expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an action-packed adventure, this property has it all. We can't wait to return and make more memories at this fantastic lake retreat!

Home Away From Home
What a beautiful home! Welcoming from the moment you walk in and ready to have fun! All the amenities - pool, hot tub, lake toys, indoor toys are terrific. Sleeping spaces are plenty and comfortable. Amazing Lakeside Home with Tons To Do!
This beautiful home has everything you could possibly want from comfortable beds to a pool, hot tub, games, fire pit, kayaks, and much more. They had all the things we would need to enjoy the lake including life vests and pool toys. The home was clean comfortable and had tons of amenities. Lake house in Kingsland
The property was absolutely beautiful. Tons of amenities for all ages. We had ages ranging from 9-80. The property was perfect for my elderly parents who needed a downstairs bedroom and kids who loved the bunkbeds. My nephew and son enjoyed kayaking on the lake and both kids loved the pool. All in all, it was a fabulous property for a multigenerational family vacation. I can’t wait to return.

Hill Country Vacation
This is our first time vacationing in Hill Country Lake area. We decided to stay in Texas and not drive to Florida beaches this year and we are very thankful we chose Sweet Summer Cove VRBO. This 5 star location is perfect for a large family or a few small ones. This home is beautiful outside and inside. Everything you need for the lake and pool is available. I enjoyed early morning golf within 15 min drive at The Legends and The Lighthouse golf courses while my wife enjoyed relaxing in the pool while reading books. We had the privacy we needed to get away from the busyness of life. The Host had excellent communication with us and met every need we had. We will definitely make this VRBO destination for a yearly getaway.
