Esta casa del lago amueblado deliciosamente está enclavado en un entorno muy tranquilo con aproximadamente 150 pies de material de archivo de costa. Este es el lugar para los pájaros de la nieve del invierno y / o entusiasta del lago.

Casa amplia con aproximadamente 2,112 pies cuadrados con altillo arriba (gran lugar para los niños para pasar el rato). Total de camas duermen 10 con 2 camas de matrimonio, 2 camas individuales de rodillos gemelos de distancia camas y 4 gemelos. Vistas del lago y gran césped patio trasero de cada habitación. Decking de descuento en toda la espalda de la casa y grandes ventanas adicionales para tomar algo. Casa se ubica en tres lotes que hacen de este el lugar para su familia y amigos para reunir, difundir y disfrutar uno del otro y el lago. Estamos mascotas y tienen un patio totalmente cercado (excepto en el borde de las aguas) por lo que es un buen lugar para llevar a los amigos peludos, junto a los de todas las fiestas.
Llevar el barco y aparcamiento-remolque adicional a la izquierda de la propiedad en un terreno cerrado vacante. Estacionamiento del barco al lado del mamparo con múltiples ups empate en tranquila cala sin despertar justo a la salida de la espalda parque puertas pública con pasos de rampa del barco fuera de casa para las opciones adicionales al acceso al lago. Gran oportunidad de tener la razón en el nivel codiciado y controlada lago LBJ.

El lago es un largo y bonito lago con numerosas calas para explorar. Desde la casa del lago se puede barco Oriente a la presa de Wirtz, o el sur de Horseshoe Bay, o ir al Norte Kingsland luego ir Occidente y explorar el río Llano. Si usted no tiene un barco o motos acuáticas, se puede alquilar un local.

La pintoresca ciudad de Marble Falls está a diez minutos de distancia, con tiendas, cines, restaurantes, spas, gimnasio, HEB (comestibles), Wal-Mart, y muchas más comodidades para aprovechar.

UBICACIÓN: En el lago LBJ en Granite Shoals en el medio de la maravillosa colinas de Texas y está a sólo 60 millas y 55 minutos del aeropuerto de Austin, a 90 millas y 90 minutos al norte de San Antonio y cerca de 200 millas y un viaje de cuatro horas Sur desde Dallas / Fort Worth y del oeste noroeste de Houston.

Great Christmas Visit
In town to see family in Granite Shoals, Marble Falls & Spicewood over Christmas. Spent most of our time at our family's house, but it's such a cute house in a nice quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed, including a great deck out back to relax after a 5 hour drive with kids and small dog. We will be back when it's warmer, so we can enjoy the water & fish next time!

Super clean and great lake view and access.
We really enjoyed our stay!! You wake up in the master bed with a beautiful view of the lake which was our favorite part. We rented a boat nearby and were able to dock it right up to the back yard to take a pitstop. SUPER convenient!! Our dogs LOVED the huge front and back yard (which is 100% fenced in) for ball throwing and exploring. They had such a blast, and we did too!

My favorite lake getaway!
If you’re looking for that perfect lake trip, A Touch of Texas is where you want to be. The house is amazing! Whether you’re on the lake all day enjoying the refreshing water, fishing from the back yard, or exploring the beautiful Marble Falls area, Carol considered everything you’d need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are amazingly comfy. She even has a stash of linens, bowls and toys for your fur-baby. The huge backyard is probably our favorite spot to hang out. We set up a volleyball net and played for hours with our kids, and in the evenings, enjoyed sitting on the large deck playing music and games late into the night. Carol has hosted us for two summers now and because of her thoughtful touches to make this home feel like our home, I will never have to search any further for a lake house on LBJ. This is our spot!

Super cute lake house
The property is as advertised, will sleep 7 perfectly. Two couples and 3 kids is perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We don’t usually cook when stay in a short term rental, but it appeared to be fully stocked. The yard was manicured and fully fenced for our labradoodle to run around. For boaters. There is a concrete break wall with two cleats. The channel is very shallow and we have a wake boat and we did touch bottom with the prop. It is very soft so no damage but it is shallow. Sand and silt so no issue. If you have a pontoon or something else with an outboard you can trim up you won’t have issue. Our issue is we draft a couple feet and the Chanel is only 2 feet in some areas. The furniture and bedding was very clean and you can tell Carol takes care of her rental. We will most definitely be back.

Relax on the Lake
Comfortable and relaxing house on the lake. Clean! Big kitchen! Lovely deck and huge fenced lawn. Note that one side of the yard is the lake. This might not be safe for small children or dogs who jump in any body of water, but for us it was perfect! So scenic!

Wonderful house
The house is exactly as pictured, modern, clean, with cute finishes throughout. The deck and backyard were perfect, and I especially appreciated the fully fenced yard for our dogs. The location is a bit off the lake, and if you don't bring your own boat or rent something, you're not going to swim in the shallow cove water. The public boat ramp and park are a stone's throw across the water, and are rather active. Makes for good people watching, but not quite as peaceful as you may expect. From the local activity, seems like good fishing right off the dock! That said, we really enjoyed our stay, and the host was great. I think anyone would overlook the "off the lake location" if you add a few kayaks for use!

2024 winter getaway at the Lake Home in Granite Shoals
Myself and my wife had a wonderful stay at the lake home in Granite Shoals TX. The description of property and home was as stated very inviting & comfortable. Carol the property manager did a super job making sure everything met our expectations and beyond. Carol also made sure we had a smooth entry and exit of the property with our two-month winter getaway. If another winter getaway happens in 2025, I would highly consider the TX. Lake home in Granite Shoals again.

This was our second time at the lake house and it was just as perfect. The beds are so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully appointed, the kitchen is open and lovely to cook in. And THE VIEW from the living room. I could sit on the couch for hours. It’s such an inviting space. We will return!!

Good for weekend getaway with family
The house has a large kitchen and living room area and spacious deck that was perfect for a family weekend getaway. But, the house is not exactly on the lake. It is on a canal that feeds into the lake and the backyard faces a parking lot and public boat ramp. It was pretty quiet all weekend and there weren't too many cars there, so it was ok. The yard is fenced and they allow pets, so we enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. The cooking supplies need to be updated. The pots and pans are very cheap and the knives were all totally dull. It made preparing food for our large group difficult. Also, there is only soap in the bathrooms and nothing else. I've never stayed at an AirBnb that didn't have shampoo. Even the cheapest motels have shampoo. Also, the outside of the house was very dirty. There were cobwebs everywhere and all of the patio furniture was filthy. My husband spent 30 minutes after we arrived sweeping and dusting everything off before his elderly parents arrived. I can only speak for the beds we slept on, but the mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was nice. Overall, this place is ok for a weekend getaway and priced reasonably for the number of bedrooms and amount of space.

Annual friends getaway!
This house was perfect! Huge living room, dining room and kitchen where we were about 80% of the time. Carol has the kitchen very nicely stocked! We did not need a thing! The outside was nice. The water was perfect for floating around and keeping cool on a really hot day! There was plenty of shade for those that did not get in but wanted to be by the water. Overall this house was excellent! Thanks again Carol!
