Impresionante villa en zona exclusiva junto a las mejores playas

Las Terrazas es una villa excepcional diseñada por un arquitecto con capacidad para 10 personas. Construido (2010) en un estilo tradicional andaluz alrededor de un patio central, disfruta de impresionantes vistas del Mediterráneo hacia la costa africana.

Amueblado por diseñadores de interiores y con iluminación y muebles de Marruecos, la villa es la segunda casa de los propietarios y está amueblada y equipada con un estándar muy alto, superando con creces lo que normalmente se encuentra en las propiedades de alquiler para vacaciones. Hay aire acondicionado en todas partes, así como calefacción por suelo radiante para los meses más fríos.

Las características incluyen un salón de doble altura con chimenea y biblioteca con galería; dormitorio principal en suite con solarium privado y jacuzzi; cuatro dormitorios más, tres de los cuales tienen cuartos de ducha ensuite y vestidores separados, así como acceso a su propia terraza amueblada.

Hay una sala de cine con sonido envolvente Bose, TV multicanal, Blueray Player, Apple TV (con Netflix) y Playstation 4, así como un gimnasio bien equipado (también con TV) y una pequeña sauna. Además, hay un mini piano eléctrico de cola, mesa de billar, tenis de mesa y una selección de juegos de mesa. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a la pista de tenis comunitaria. Por último, pero no menos importante, los jardines paisajísticos en terrazas cuentan con una enorme piscina de agua salada climatizada de 14 x 11 m como máximo y una glorieta con una excelente barbacoa de gas.

Hay Internet de alta velocidad con WIFI en las áreas públicas, sistema de alarma y videoportero. La comunidad cuenta con su propio servicio de seguridad con patrullas que brindan un alto nivel de seguridad.

Fantastic relaxing villa with so much space
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa - as a group of 9 we wanted lots of space and we weren’t disappointed. The villa is really well equipped and has lots of activities to keep everyone engaged. The area is beautiful and peaceful and only a short drive to the beaches and shops plus access to lots of activities acros the Costa del Sol. Would recommend to families and groups.

We’ve just come back from this villa after staying there for 17 nights . Was a beautiful property with amazing views . Plenty of space for everyone & Linda and her house manager was so helpful when we needed anything. I would just note that a car is definitely needed and if older relatives were to stay the 3 floors may not be ideal . Would definitely recommend to others

Such a wonderful house, in a quiet residential area, with plenty of space for our extended family. The pool was brilliant, a generous size and surrounded by a very mature well maintained garden. We managed to lock ourselves out of the house and were impressed by the speedy response of the owner and property manager.

Magnificent villa... Beautiful property for an unforgettable holiday!
When you walk into the property, you know it will be a spectacular holiday. The house’s vibe is warm, welcoming, and peaceful, just what we needed for this extra special family getaway. Every room is filled with beautiful details and amazing views, just the perfect setting to relax, unfold, and recharge. The pictures don’t do justice to how gorgeous the villa is! Linda was fantastic from the first moment we contacted her, and she provided us with specific instructions that made this an uneventful experience. We requested the pool to be heated, and it did make a massive difference as it was a bit windy and chilly, so the warm water felt great! We are certainly coming back to the villa sometime soon as we loved it so much!

Las Terrazas is the best place to stay if you want to relax with friends or family and to enjoy all the amenities the property has. I also want to highlight it's great host, Linda. The comunication with her was super easy and fluent from the begining and made our stay really comfortable.

The property was in great shape and very clean. It was in a good location 25 minutes from the airport in Malaga and only 10 - 15 minutes to Marbella. We loved the ability and ease to get to both cities. Our favorite part of the property was the citrus grove in the sideyard. Picking lemons, limes, grapefruits, and oranges from the trees and making freshly squeezed juice was an unexpected experience that enhanced the stay. During two days of our vacation, we had a chef service come in to cook for the family and the food was amazing for both meals. We were extremely comfortable our entire stay and had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this property. The ownership, staff, and concierge service were all great to work with.

The home was amazing! Do not hesitate in deciding where to stay. You will not be disappointed.
To celebrate my husband’s 45th, we invited friends and family from around the globe to join us for a week. All 9 of us were blown away by the house, service and overall experience! The home was beautiful even more so than the pictures, if that’s possible. The grounds are significant and the pool was amazing! We thought the night temperature was too cold for the pool but changed our minds once we arrived. Linda was great and accommodated us by allowing us to choose the heated pool option for the week. We enjoyed the pool every night, it was so nice. Some of our friends compared the home’s location to that similar to Hollywood Hills. Also, you can’t beat the views of the sea. Great location to many destinations such as Malaga, Ronda, Granada and Marbella. Had a catered private dinner one night and the house had all the dinnerware necessary. We hope to stay again very soon. We had to reach out to Linda and Victoria a few times about questions and they responded immediately. If you are wondering if this is the place for you, trust me, just do it! You won’t be disappointed.

We have just returned from a late October holiday at this amazing villa.I rarely write reviews (positive or negative) of services which we have used but I feel compelled to do so on this occasion –to share our excellent experience with others.I will try and highlight what we enjoyed most and important issues for prospective guests. The photographs provide an accurate feel of the villa.If anything they do not fully capture the quality and range of the facilities.How often is one disappointed with the reality when relying on photos.This is not the case with this villa-it is as good(better!) than the photos suggest. The amenities provided are extensive and of excellent quality.A proper cinema room ,a gym/exercise room of professional quality.Sonos,Netflix,cable TV,table tennis,pool table etc.The biggest barbecue that I have used.Multiple locations to sit/eat to chase or retreat from the sun.Everything in first class order ,immaculately clean.Tidy well maintained gardens.Excellent security arrangements.The villa does not feel like a rental property but rather someone’s home(which it is!) We appreciated the handbook /guide provided by the owners.It contained all the practical stuff that you need when arriving at a strange new house but much,much more.Restaurant suggestions(which were accurate).Emergency contacts(which we did not need).Things to do in the Marbella area.Taxi numbers etc We paid extra for heating of the pool and although the temperature was above average for late October this was an excellent investment.I would recommend this except for summer. Finally ,the hosts were very responsive prior to booking and during our stay. A cot and kids dining chair provided at short notice.Trivial communications answered speedily.Their attention to detail and pride in their house/home contributed to our wonderful holiday.

Ten day sat August 2022
We were a three generation family staying for ten days in the villa. The house is really wonderful and well designed both indoor and outdoor including the gym, pool table, swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. The owner was always very responsive and supportive whenever we had a question. Cleaning twice a week was also very much appreciated. We were extremely satisfied. and had a wonderful stay. Bertil

First rate villa.......
I booked this property for a family break for 10 people including 4 teenagers and my Mum and Dad (in their 80s). This is an exceptional villa. Firstly, there is plenty of space. The bedrooms are large and well air conditioned. They all have bathrooms attached. There is plenty of room and seating areas for people to disappear into if they want a break from each other. The pool is salt (not chlorine) and as a result is much better to spend a lot of time in. There's loads of room in the pool and around it to relax. The house is superbly well equipped. It genuinely feels like someone's home that you're living in - and as a result has some excellent touches (Sonos speakers, PS4 etc, etc). There are games to get stuck into in the evening and the seating areas for eating are excellent. Cooking facilities are great including a MASSIVE BBQ - which got plenty of use during our stay. Beaches nearby are busy, but very nice - better to get there early in the morning than late. My only comment would be that there isn't really anywhere to walk out to in the evenings (restaurants / bars etc). Everywhere is manageable in a taxi or through driving - but there isn't anywhere to stroll out to after dinner. Nearby restaurants are very good though. If you're looking for somewhere in the 'action' of Marbella - this is more of a luxury retreat where you can just wile away the hours. We loved it - and there's plenty to see and do from a sightseeing perspective (Ronda, Gibralter, Granada) if you don't mind jumping in a car. Overall an absolutely first rate villa. The owners are excellent from a communication perspective and the local agent is very good. Highly recommend for a large family group......no-one was murdered.......always a risk on a family holiday!

Lovely Villa in a Beautiful Setting
We had a 5 day break at this lovely villa. It is beautifully decorated in a Moorish style. There are many inside and outside areas to relax in. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, just lovely to wake up to every morning. We would definitely return if staying locally again

Perfect Place To Be
It is a terrific location. The house offers everything you can dream of. The area Las Chapas is one if the best surroundings in Marbella. We stayed there with our family consisting of 8 persons The host takes perfectly care of you without being to close. But if you need help, they care.
