Nuevo ático de dos plantas situado en el popular complejo turístico LA RESERVA, LOS NARANJOS DE MARBELLA, con jardín, solárium, zona verde y piscina privada.

Nuevo para 2017, este ático ciertamente tiene el factor WOW. Dentro del popular complejo turístico Los Naranjos, este es un gran desarrollo nuevo con excelentes comodidades a poca distancia.

Dentro del complejo turístico hay supermercados, campo de golf, restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. También a 20 minutos a pie del centro de Puerto Banús.

Este es el único desarrollo en este complejo con estacionamiento subterráneo y ascensor directo al apartamento.

Very convenient location, especially nearby at 400 meters Mercadona, 200 meters golf driving range, Aloha School, good road logistics! The owners are all friendly, very quickly answer all questions, the apartment is modern, quiet community, two convenient parking spaces! Comfortable Check in and Check out! This apartment is amazing. Perfect for family and the company were very organised.
Staying at the apartment has been great. A family of 4 with everything needed inside... lovely quiet area and the complex is super clean.... the property organiser was extremely helpful and we couldn't fault her.... I would recommend this property and an excellent place....perfect location... booked again for May next year. Xx

Fin lejlighed lidt dårlig start for da vi kom var der vand ud over hele køkkengulvet opvaskemaskinen var gået i stykker og den blev ikke lavet i den uge vi var der 😖poolen var meget beskidt blev dog renset efter 3 dage da en af de faste beboer ringet ind og klagede over det

Very clean, lovely modern apartment with amazing property manager
From the second we booked the apartment the communication was fantastic, the apartment itself was lovely, modern and clean. Slightly disappointed the loungers did not have their cushions but these were on order so I guess will be ready for the next guests. About a 45 min walk into the harbour but taxis were very easy to use if you did not fancy the walk. We liked to walk home to burn of the amazing food !! Thank you for a great week :-)

My family had an amazing time here. The apartment was amazing with all facilities. Great quiet area.

Fantastic Location & Stylish Property
The property is incredibly stylish and just as it looks in the pictures. It is located in a quiet area, but only a short way away from the bars and nightlife of Banus. The property management agent could not have been more helpful and I would certainly come back here - 5 Stars all round!

Family summer fun!
The photos of this modern apartment grabbed our attention when we viewed it on the website and we were not disappointed when we arrived. The apartment was excellent with lovely furnishings and appliances. Everything was thought of, we made use of a great BBQ on the rooftop. The check in process was excellent with great instructions on the property location, it was nice to be greeted and taken to the property. The other apartment users we so friendly and welcoming especially around the pool. I would say a car is really needed to enjoy the area, although we did use the excellent local taxi service. There are some excellent restaurants up near Aloha Gardens too! Would definitely recommend!!

Fabulous apartment!!
Great apartment in a fantastic location for Puerto Banus and Marbella. The roof terrace was a fantastic bonus. Supermarket around the corner and short walk to the pool. The only downside we experienced was ordering taxis, the padel club was closed next door, we had no Uber app between us so taxi numbers would be an advantage in the apartment. All in all a fabulous long weekend.

Svært pen og romslig leilighet.
20.07.18 - 03.08.18 Vi dro med tre barn og mine foreldre. Vi trivdes veldig godt i leiligheten, som er svært pen og romslig. Vi hadde også god nytte av parkeringskjelleren, hvor det er to plasser som hører til leiligheten. Heisen fra kjelleren stopper 2 meter fra inngangsdøra til leiligheten. Bassenget ble også mye brukt og passet perfekt til både små og store. Minuset her er at det er få solsenger. Vegg i vegg ligger padeltennisbanene. De brukte vi et par ganger. Vi spiste også lunsj der en dag. Hvis man skal til stranda, anbefaler vi å kjøre bil. Det er også der restaurantene ligger. En kveld gikk vi nedover for å spise på restauranten Picasso. Da tok vi taxi tilbake for 6 - 7 euro. Steve var svært hjelpsom både før og under oppholdet. Han kunne gi oss en del anbefalinger om hva vi kunne gjøre. Området leiligheten ligger i er et fint utgangspunkt for dagsutflukter både sørover, nordover og inn i landet. Henting og avlevering av nøkler gikk smertefritt, men vi trengte litt hjelp av naboer og bildene på Homeaway for å finne den rette leiligheten i komplekset. Vi kan nok love at du vil trives på denne plassen! Tor Inge, Norge

Lovely apartment
Just returned from a weeks stay in this lovely apartment .. there is everything you would need to enjoy your stay .. it’s situated about 20 minute walk outside the port or you can get a taxi its 10 euros .. the lounge has a large tv with some English channels and Netflix .. bedrooms and bath rooms are all very good .. there is a roof terrace with loungers which gets very hot if you like that but we prefer the beach in the port so there is a breeze .. the pool is lovely and warm so jump straight in .. there are sun loungers .. the car park is underground which is good as it keeps the car cool .. if you need food shopping don’t worry it’s on the door step just a 5 minute walk or 2 minutes in the car to the MERCADONA supermarket which will have everything you need & it’s cheap ! To get there come out of the underground car park turn left then right at the mini round about it’s 200yrds down on the right .. you can also visit La Canada shopping centre its a 15 minute drive & there is a massive Hypermarket called ALCAMPO which is even cheap than MERCADONA & much bigger it also has every other shop you could imagine ! If you are going in September October the sales are on & it’s good for shopaholics 😁 owner steve was very helpful and on hand if you need to ask anything & the check in was easy to find In all we had a great stay 😎👍

What a place! Everything you could possibly want in a holiday ☀️
Wow! The appartment is beyond beautiful from its decor to cleanliness , it’s a true home from home with added extras! We went on a girlie holiday and fell in love with number 15! The roof top terrace is perfect for lounging in the sun with the added benefit of the pop up pool to cool off if you don’t fancy the 1 min walk to the swimming pool below . The accommodation has everything you need a very well equipped kitchen meaning eating in is easy. The supermarket is a two minute walk and ever so reasonable and well stocked. We used the paddle club next door to book our taxis , always a friendly smile on the desk! We ventured in to Puerto Banus a few times to enjoy cocktails , tapas and the Saturday markets. The appartment has loads of storage in each bedroom and is extremely spacious , the complex overall is so quiet - for us it was the perfect getaway! We can’t wait to return next year

Absolutely gorgeous penthouse apartment!
Had a lovely time staying here. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Everything you absolutely need is there. Loved the roof top terrace which provided a great setting anytime of day for chilling sunbathing or even a BBQ. Its nice and quiet at night so we always had a good night sleep. The pool is very clean and well maintained. We were only 10 minutes in a taxi away from Puerto Banus which cost about €10. They have a few bars and restaurants close by and a great supermarket 5 min walk away. Im already planning my next trip!!!

Beautiful, well maintained modern apartment in fabulous location
Our family of 4 rented this apartment for 10 nights at the end of May. The apartment is pretty new and very well fitted out inside. The kitchens and bathrooms are high quality, and the beds are very comfortable. Location is great - 5 mins by car to Puerto Banus ( 30 min walk) or 10 mins by car to Marbella. Also very convenient for the main motorway ( which produced some road noise but certainly not enough to be bothersome). The underground parking is a bonus although better suited for smaller cars due to the angled access. There is plenty of on street parking outside anyway. The outdoor pool is unheated and has no shallow or paddling end, but I expect it warms up a bit in the summer months. However with the inflatable pool on the roof of the apartment, kids are well catered for. The outside space is great, whether sitting on the terrace overlooking the pool, or upstairs on the roof area on the sun loungers. We had a couple of issues with the current management company, but they were soon resolved, and the owner, Steve, is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We hope to return to this lovely apartment in future. Thank you Steve, for allowing us to have such a wonderful holiday.

Our Perfect Marbella New Year break in an Amazing Apartment
Just returned from an amazing week celebrating the New Year in Marbella staying at La Reserva on the Los Naranjos De Marbella Complex. We chose the apartment for its modern contemporary look and location was ideal for the New Years celebrations we had planned in Puerto Banus only a 5 Min Taxi ride. We can recommend Jack's Smokehouse overlooking the port - the food and entertainment was superb, the location was exceptional. The weather was surprisingly good we had sun everyday and temperatures reaching 25 degrees in the day although evenings were chilly and needed a jumper. The apartment was spacious, clean & tidy with everything we expected in addition a games console for the kids, DVDs, Apple TV & Netflix ! The upper sun terrace was great for relaxing after the celebrations with plenty of sun loungers, large dining table & chairs & a BBQ with great views of the mountains. We were recommended to try the Aloha Gardens area which is a 10 - 12min walk or short taxi which we ordered from the Tennis club next door. We tried Tuk Tuk by the waterfall which was all light up for xmas and well recommended. The living room bar was always lively and has a good happy hour from 7 to 10pm. For a curry we can recommend Masala Junction or Bollywood. Fuel Brasserie and Moshi Kitchen seemed to be closed at the time of our visit but looks to be a great spot to try next time. Love this place some great memories and loads more to investigate next time !!

Stylish, Modern, spacious and peaceful apartment .
Well what can we say other than what a find. Very lucky to be the 3rd lot of guests to stay in this beautiful place. Hope everyone who stays in it , looks after it to keep it so nice . We stayed for a week in August , weather great , lovely view of mountain behind .Roof terrace Private and great space , inflatable splash pool lovely to cool down. Outside pool lovely and cleaned daily, gardens well kept , Supermarket literally 3 mins walk , bar and pool next door , great to get a quick bite to eat , very helpful there for taxis . We did walk into Peurto Banus one day but it's a bit too far , only 5 mins in taxi which is approx 8-10 euros . Marbella 10 mins in taxi - about 12-13 euros . Note if there are more than 4 people you will need 2 taxis as there are no 5 or more seaters in this area. Great outdoor market on a Saturday morning , 9am-2 pm , 120 stalls !!!! Also look out for meal deals at lunch time as they tend to do starter , main , desert and a glass of wine beer etc , for around 16-20 euros,. We tried the Tuk Tuk restaurant , stunning food and location , the leaflet is in apartment . Would love to go back as there is so much to do in the area. Steve who we dealt with was wonderful , helpful and always responded to emails etc promptly,. The transfers from airport to apartment was smooth . Picked up key from Alba , explained what to do on return, the taxi company she recommended was brilliant , friendly , good price and on time. The inside has all you would want , kitchen great and everything you need. Wish list for next time HOT TUB - on roof terrace !!!! 👍 Simply a lovely place and can't fault it .
